He’s the MC brother they all turn to when information is needed. She’s the woman who holds the Bail Bonds Co. together. When a fake dating road trip turns into a rescue mission, will they survive for their love to grow?
Derek “Scoop” Layton has fit right in at Bluff Creek Brotherhood MC after leaving the police department. Using his skills with technology to keep his family safe, his life is almost perfect except for one thing. The woman he can’t get off his mind or out of his dreams.
Sarah Franks’ baking and nurturing talents are only rivaled by her technology and hacking skills. When the gorgeous, younger tech guy of the MC comes to her with his unusual request to help him get some experience, she’s intrigued. She can’t answer right away because he promptly empties his stomach on her shoes and then passes out.
Scoop’s request coincides nicely with Sarah’s vacation. She decides to throw caution to the wind and teach him all the things he should know about a woman. Two weeks seems the perfect amount of time to enjoy her fake boyfriend and get him out of her system until a phone call changes their plans.
When danger threatens one of Scoop’s younger sisters, Scoop is forced to watch the woman he’s falling for race into danger without him. Will her sacrifice be enough or will Scoop lose the woman he’s meant to be with?
Scoop is the steamy, third book in the Bluff Creek Brotherhood MC romance series. If you like fake dating, road trip romance with full-metal passion and plenty of action, you’ll adore Nat Logan’s locked-and-loaded tale.
I adore reverse age gaps, they are some of my favorites! Sarah is just a few years older than Scoop. They work well together, they just clicked from the beginning. There is mutual attraction but neither of them have acted on it. His liquid courage to ask her to help him with his inexperience was very endearing. Completely felt for him when he got sick right after. He is such a sweetie, sacrificing being at typical teenager to help his mom with his sisters. He has such a big heart. Sarah is the same, she is devoted to her family and friends, will do anything for them. She is strong and capable, smart and loving. Its no wonder he is fascinated by the curvy beauty. The focus is completely on these two with a little suspense sprinkled in, keeping me on the edge of my seat. I didn't want their story to end, it was absolutely amazing to see how in love Scoop and Sarah are. If you love sexy, romantic stories with loveable characters, this author is for you!
What starts out as a fake dating scenario ends up being the cutest, sweetest love story, I love this couple and I love how Nat always makes her women kick butt but also tender. The whole gang is back for this instalment of the series. There is still drama and action in this book but on the whole it’s a very sweet story. Highly recommend 🖤❤️
This was not your typical MC love story, but one that I ABSOLUTELY LOVED!! Scoop and Sarah are the Bluff Creek MC’s and the Franks Bail Bonds IT experts. Scoop had to grow up early and didn’t get to experience a lot of the rites of passage that most got to experience in high school. So he decides to ask Sarah to help get more “experience”. Both are very attracted to each other, but are afraid the other doesn’t want anything long term.
Sarah is ready to take a well deserved two week vacation and realizes that this would be a great time to teach Scoop everything he never learned about females! Scoop enjoys most of his lessons and things are going well until they get a phone call asking for help.
I didn’t know I needed this sweet love story in my life, but I did! Don’t get me wrong, there is still action and some danger in the story. But I found myself wishing I had someone like Scoop in my life!
This can be read as a stand alone, but I totally recommend starting at the beginning of the series! This has quickly become one of my favorite series that I reread over and over again! I love the little teasers at the end involving another Bluff Creek brother and a Franks girl! But I now find myself waiting impatiently for the next ones!
I'm a sucker for reverse age gaps - they're the cherry on top of a delicious sundae! Sarah's just a few years older than Scoop, but they go together like mint and chocolate ice cream . Their attraction is mutual, but they're too scared to make a move. Scoop's liquid courage to ask Sarah for help with his inexperience was unforgettable to say the least, and I felt for him when he got sick afterwards - bless his heart! He's basically a saint, sacrificing his teenage years to help his mom with his sisters. Sarah's a total rockstar too, devoted to her family and friends, and willing to do anything for them. It's no wonder Scoop's fascinated by this curvy beauty. The story's all about these two, with a dash of suspense that kept me on the edge of my seat. I was hooked on Scoop and Sarah's love story - it was absolute perfection! If you're into sexy, romantic tales with lovable characters, this author's your ticket!
Spook had a massive crush on Sarah Franks but was naive in the relationship department having looked after his younger sisters who are ten years his junior. Asking her for tuition he thought would be a good way of killing two birds with one stone as the saying goes and hoping by the end she would be his. Sarah also had a crush on Spook, but being six years older than him she didn’t think he’d want anything with her, imagine her surprise when he asked her to teach him everything she knew.
Loved this, and the fun was in the lead up and getting to know each other, plus there was a bit of action as they joined up with the a Texas chapter of the Brotherhood. This series is getting better and better.
This is my favorite (so far) book in the Bluff Creek Brotherhood motorcycle club romance series! Scoop and Sarah start out as friends and coworkers or so they believe. Both has secret feelings for the other but they are unsure if their feelings are reciprocated. Then Scoop asks a very big favor of Sarah which leads to them going on a road trip together pretending to be boyfriend and girlfriend. I absolutely loved the chapter that had the book signing scenes in it. What Scoop does for her is romantic and thoughtful. As a romance reader I know how much it would mean. The education scenes are hot and sexy. I really enjoyed reading about this couple's journey toward one another and I recommend this story to any romance fan.
The majority of the story is calm, boring and slow with Sarah and Scoop on their two week trip. The issue with Scoop’s sister being kidnapped and the “slavery ring” was just dropped, not closed out just nothing. Story jumped around alot at the end, went from planning a medical clinic to having one up and running and Scoop’s mom possibly coming to the area and already moved in. Author could have taken her time and added a couple chapters to smooth out the end. Disappointed in this one big time. After the first two books this one was dull, slow and not worth the time.
I loved this story so much! It is so rare you have a later in life virgin male with such a unique and powerful reason. I absolutely fell for Scoop in this story and I have a new appreciation for Sarah. I really liked where this story headed and what developed with all the characters. The jump in added characters made me so happy cause I am completely obsessed with Bluff Creek now and adding new blood means more storylines!!!! I can’t wait to see what happens and what develops! Give me all the books!!!
A lot of love, a bit of suspense, but a determined biker to get & keep the woman that first intrigued him, but then became the only woman he wanted. Sarah had similar attractions to Scoop but was not confident enough to see his advances as real. She was hung up on her age, being 6 years older than Scoop & she felt she didn't process the feminine qualities as her sisters, processing more curves. Great read., but a bit disappointed in the cliffhanger, got to wait for 2 more books to continue where this one left off. (Reviewed by Lin)
Scoop and Sarah find their way through a potential minefield of problems. This older woman story is a unique and fun read. Don't be surprised when Ms. Logan twists the story in unexpected and fun ways. Nat Logan has quickly become one of my go-to, one-click authors because her stories just don't disappoint.
While this is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone. But why would you? And miss all the fun in the first books?
I absolutely love the men and women of the Bluff Creek Brotherhood MC. Scoop and Sarah's story pulled me in and I never wanted it to end. Now I know why Scoop was so shy, but his plan worked to a tee and he got his girl. I loved how Sarah referred to him using ice cream names. He also won slot of points when he attended the book signing with her. I can't wait to see more of them in the future.
You always hear about women being in their 20s and 30s being virgins but not a guy. This was a refreshing book knowing that the guy was not experienced. Scoop and Sarah are a great couple together and apart. They do compliment each other. I love when Sarah has all the ice cream flavor nicknames for him. Their 2 week vacation is more a lesson in loving someone.
This is the third book in this intriguing series and this is Sarah and Scoop's story. This is a well written story which is easy to read, with family, friendships, emotions, challenges, intrigue, heartbreak, tension, humour, witty banter, secrets, undeniable chemistry, and love which leads to an entertaining, addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
Scoop & Sarah are absolutely adorable! I started the book off smiling & continued smiling throughout. The sweet venerability of struggling to express their love yet being bold to burn the sheets is such a juxtaposition. Things are never dull with these men & women. You will already love every character in this series & just want more of them. Nat has done fabulously! Honest review.
Scoop is book 3 in the Bluff Creek Brotherhood MC series and is Scoop and Sarah's fantastic story. Their journey is sweet and fun and very surprising. I spent a lot of time "awwwwing" and laughing with these characters. The storyline is a refreshing, different take on an MC male and I completely enjoyed their story.
Scoop and Sarah’s story starts with him asking Sarah to teach him about sex as he is a virgin. They are friends as they are both techies. They have liked, liked each other but haven’t found a way out of the friend zone they placed each other in. A road trip together was the perfect time to advance their relationship. They get their HEA after some drama occurs.
Well that's unusual for A biker to be a virgin I think. He's a computer nerd who helps his club. Sarah is the oldest of her sisters who run her dads bails bond company. They are a hoot and are strong women. Scoops sisters don't know what to think of them when they have to rescue Rose, his sister. Action, danger and plenty of heat. HEA.
Sarah and Scoop/Rocky Road/Mint Chocolate Chip—the two techies of the Bluff Creek Brotherhood MC and Bail Bond company. Seeing how they go from working partners to partners in everything is a fun story. Of course, there are obstacles, but would a story be complete without them? Needs some editing.
This was a great read with an unusual role reversal. I enjoyed watching these characters be vulnerable with each other without taking for granted the feelings that got them there. Super sweet friends to MORE!
This was a sweet and sassy addition to the Bluff Creek Brotherhood MC Series. Love that Scoop is so innocent but yet so protective and strong when it comes to the woman he loves. Some new characters to have stories as well.
I like this couple the most so far. She was the older woman, and he was the younger man, and it doesn't matter what others think of them. It had me laughing out loud quite a bit; it had adventure, steam, and real chemistry between the characters.
OK there’s nothing like having a sexy biker but can you imagine him being a virgin. OMG this book was so cute so hot. It had a great plot. I can’t wait for the next one. I fell in love with characters. It’s very well written.
Scoop and Sarah's story was a younger man older female one that had him being a virgin and her teaching him the way to a woman's heart not knowing it was hers he was after. Can't wait for Jesse n Cannon's
Scoop and Sarah’s love story was beautifully written by Nat Logan. Bluff Creek brotherhood mc is one big family and always there for their family and others. Omg the cliff hanger got me wondering what happens to Connor
How cute is Scoop? He is such a good man and deserves only good things in his life. Helping his family from such a young age. Sarah has been such a good daughter and sister, she deserves the world. I love a happy ending.
This book is part of an awesome series. This about a guy who is an older virgin and wants the woman he likes to help him. He totally is on love with her and he explains to her what the problem is and how she can help him. She ends up helping him and they fall in love.
Liked it but didn’t love it. I enjoyed all the usual characters liked Scoop and Sarah and liked the book better after all the “teaching was over” in fact I ended up skipping chunks of it… over long. Loved the part when she went into the bar.
This was a really good story where Scoop asked Sarah for a huge favor, and she was all too happy to assist. They work great together with the security for the MC and her with the family business. Grab your copy today and enjoy! Happy reading! Highly recommend!
