This is a self-help book on creating better habits - much of it is common sense but sometimes you just need to hear things for that aha moment.

What I really love is that the audiobook comes with the pdf version of the book too. It is great having both versions because the ebook is an easy way to jump to sections that you want to go over again and this way no matter if you do better with reading or listening to something you have book.

This book has me rethinking my own journey. Opening my mind to new way of problem solving. I learned on 2levels. To find how to pick important. Then breaking down into small tasks. Self care Importance.
