A sweet anthology about four endearing friends who together, share their experiences of joy, pain, tribulations, grief, many powerful and tender lessons learned, and memorable celebrations. This book is a reminder of how true friendships, through thick and thin are indeed precious and irreplaceable jewels.

The friendships depicted in this book learned the following things about their special bond:
1. Do something: The importance of reaching out to others in need.
2. Be yourself: Do what you do best.
3. Participate.
4. Know when to back off.

Like gardening, good friendships need to cultivate and grow stronger. Friendship isn't a 50/50 proposition. Best friends walk along on life's journey from the funny to the tragic. This book is an anthem about building friendships that can be stronger than biological families because it is a family within itself. This is a nice cup of hot tea and crumpets kind of read on a blustery day.

Great stories of an amazing friendship shared between four friends. Friends are something that are irreplaceable, but many people take their friends for granted. The stories in this book make me strive to be a better friend. The main characters have supported each other through good and bad.
There is a Christian theme throughout the book. The stories are funny, crazy, and very inspiring.

If the last book I read is the most useful book so far in 2015, this book has been the most emotional and brought me to tears the most times....sometimes out of laughter but mostly because it was so beautiful.

Just a lovely, lovely book celebrating friendship. So glad I own this one.

I loved this book about friendship and how these women loved being with each other. Spending time together as friends. Also learning how to be a good friend and loving your friends unconditionally. If everyone would take a constant look at their friends and just love on them. He that hath friends must show himself friendly. :)
