This is a beautiful story, two people who have decided that finding love was not for them that their careers were to come first that is until Jackson sets up a meeting with his employee Esme to see how the Spa she is managing works Esme wants more than anything to become Spa Director and convinces Jackson to take a trip and see how some of the top Spa’s around the world work, will this trip change them both forever?
First stop Sweden and soon Jackson is starting to relax a little and their first kiss, then onto Mexico and more than a kiss but Esme says once only, one night of passion and two people are falling in love although both denying it, then onto Thailand and another passionate time is spent together and they are opening up to each other, you can feel Jackson finally relaxing and Esme could not be happier.
Back in New York things are going well but will Jackson’s brooding past and trust issues throw a spanner in the works for a truly beautiful HEA or will hearts prevail and see that they both could have a beautiful future together?
This is a story that is emotional and sensual and opened my eyes to Spas and my trip to three countries was fabulous, I do highly recommend this one to any lover of a good romance that is sure to leave the reader smiling.

I enjoyed this story. The destinations were well-written and made us, the readers, feel like we were there. There are spoilers below, so if you don't want to know the premise of the book, stop reading now.
Esme is the manager of a spa and is driven by her career. Nothing will stop her from getting to the top. Jackson, her boss, doesn't understand what a day spa is all about, even though it is his business. Esme decides to show him what spas worldwide are like and what makes them the best. The catch is that he would help her career by promoting her.
We're first taken to Sweden, where they share their first kiss. Esme and Jackson then go to Mexico and have one night of steamy passion. Continuing to Thailand, they spend more time together, and their one night becomes more. Returning to New York, they find themselves at a crossroads because of their pasts.

Showcases exotic locations! Andrea Bolter is taking her reader on a thrill vacation through a fast paced trip where her main characters enjoy gorgeous sights and cultures as they slowly fall for each other in Jet-Set Escape with Her Billionaire Boss and I highly enjoyed the trip! The characters each have a backstory that made them into the person that they are today and watching them share a part of themselves with each other that they haven't previously was heartwarming. I found them easy to connect with, and enjoyed their happily ever after. Medium paced, well developed and steady. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys seeing the world through the words on a page and loves that HEA.
