I have as glad to receive this kindle version, but struggled to enjoy reading this. It neither too fast or slow and most of time left me feeling like half the story is missing.

I won this in a giveaway not realizing it was the second book of a series. I expect my reason for only liking this book (rather than loving it) is due to the fact that I was missing information provided in the first book. I will definitely have to go back and read book one and then this one again to see if it changes things for me.
