THIS IS THE BEGINNING

Which is why I give it four stars, so hopefully readers will start with this volume. It contains instructions to interviewers, questions, and other Memoranda. Background on the project is also included. Boring as heck? Perhaps, but understanding the methodology applied to the project is necessary.
