In Ordinary Man, Jack and Kathleen listen to their hearts and make a commitment to each other. They know they need time together to give their relationship a chance to grow. But as Jack deals with the relentless demands of being a country music star, he continues to have doubts about whether he can give Kathleen the time and attention she deserves. And while Kathleen is sure she wants to be with Jack, what she is giving up is harder than she ever thought!
While their hearts are fully invested in each other, the release of Jack's song "Ordinary Man" turns up the pressure and means his career has a stake in the relationship too.
The Ordinary Man series continues in Friends and Firelight--Ordinary Man Book 2. The series concludes with This Perfect Day--Ordinary Man Book 3.
The romance continues for the country singer and the grad student
Nice story. Too much dialogue. Waking up and going to bed with this couple too many times. Meeting the future families. There is no real unusual conflict other than how to fit their lives together which is true for any couple who already have careers and life plans.
