I've kept a journal for some years now, and every so often, I like to read books about journalling: to get new ideas, to keep things fresh, to learn new approaches. Ray Blake's was a short book, but it was packed with some good tips and a sensible, accessible approach for people new to journalling. It also had some fresh ideas for those who've kept a journal for some time. A quick, informative read.

Journaling

This is a great way to get some ideas on journaling. I just started my journal and there are so many ways one may decide to journal and that’s okay. This book list great examples of those different ways.

Easy read

It was an easy read about introducing journaling. Especially for someone who finds it difficult to write down ones feelings

Bit of a bad read, however if you are incredibly stuck but want to get into journaling then it gives you props but not much else. I wouldn't recommend unless you were stuck one day on what to write in which case it may help you but I would look for something different.

This is a series of blog posts, pulled together in a book. It makes no wild claims, is simply written and interesting. I found it useful.
