Outnumbered (Her Royal Harem: Ember Book 2) ~ Book two raises the stakes tenfold. If you thought Ember and her pack had breathing room—think again. The evil organization gunning for them doesn’t pull punches, and every chapter had me on edge. What makes this installment shine is the growth of the harem bond: each man brings something unique to Ember’s survival and her heart, and watching her learn to balance strength with vulnerability was addictive. The battles are brutal, the betrayals cut deep, and the romance is hotter than book one—but the loyalty between them all is what makes this book impossible to put down. By the end, you’re desperate to see if this pack can actually win against enemies that seem endless.

Good read

Another good read. I love having all the amazing characters from her royal Harem in this book. Jolie and Leona are hilarious. King Dan is as lovable as ever.

Good storyline. Catherine Banks always does her characters so well with lots of detail, humour and they are always so lovable.

The only issue I found with this book is the bird has a different name - in the first book she was Natalya and in this book she is Beatrice.

I struggled with book 2, it felt very flat with little character development and little story movement. I will go to book 3 but I am not sure I will be able to finish it if it is more of this.
