Amazing book.
Very similar to david deida’s content, but different, the experiences the authors share are raw, honest, and can be very intimate.

I loved this book. It aligns with all of The Queen’s Code work (Alison Armstrong). The main lesson I learned is about being present and allowing expression of one’s true emotions in real time with one’s partner and how to do it.

Some very useful and interesting concepts, yet l found the book to be quite repetitive and would have appreciated more practical examples and suggestions (although I understand that due to the nature of the theme it can be hard to describe it in words). I also found several contradictory/problematic ideas in the book, such as “out Omega-ing your partner when they’re in Omega to make them become Alpha” because that’s the way for the man to go into his own power.

This is the kind of stuff that we should be taught as children. Understanding masculine and feminine energy has changed the way I look at everything, not just relationships. I will read this book over and over at different stages in my life.

Being that I'm currently single there's not much I could apply from this book without a partner BUT there's a lot to learn, and rest assure that I will be applying some of these teachings to my own relationships in the future.

I don't date anymore, too many bad experiences but this book open my eyes to mistakes I've made in the past that I'll remember not to make again, in order to find my own soul mate.

I think I liked it so much because it reminded me of my parent's relationship, at times. They may or may not be soul mates, I'm not sure yet because that's for them to know but these teachings... I have heard some from a young age and did not take them as important, they were just facts my mother would tell me about their relationship. Now I know better and I treasure those nuggets of information.

Recommending this book is not hard. You can get so much from it being single or being in a relationship, don't let anything stop you from becoming your true self, with or without a partner.
