3.5 Stars Off Limit Bosses by Emma Blake is a box set of three stories: Nanny for the Protector, Nanny for the Grump, and Nanny for the Doctor.
Nanny for the Protector is Wesley Taves, 42, and his sweet daughter, Lucy, 6; her mother, Lizbeth, decided that marriage and child were not the positions for her. Wesley is a billionaire worth more than Zuckerberg or Musk, and he needs someone to help with Lucy while trying to expand his business. He's looking for a new building in Brooklyn, and his real estate agent, Danny Morden, meets him there with another interested party, Cara Smith. Cara is looking to open a daycare center in the space.
Nanny for the Grump is about Noah Steele, 46, and his son Elijah, 10. Noah is in the process of getting a divorce from his cheating wife. Olivia Francis, 25, returned home from a nanny situation in Ireland and is looking for a new position when her father suggests working for his best friend, Noah.
Nanny for the Doctor is a brother's best friend who needs a nanny. Dr. Reed Finnigan, 40, has a son Henry, 7. Clara Finnigan died in an auto accident, leaving them both with a hole that seemed challenging to heal. Mae Warrington, 25, is Jonny's little sister. Reed and Jonny went to school together and are best of friends. Reed has been relying on his sister-in-law Heather as a sitter for Henry, but he can't keep passing off his responsibilities. Mae had a crush on Reed while growing up, and the feelings were mutual.
I'm unsure if Nanny stories are my type of trope; they are too predictable.

3 book set all alike
These were just light reading. Need editing. Last book has a seven year old child who is ten later in the book in error. The FMCs in each book are very dumb and the MMC have emotional problems even though they are older and more mature. There is a lot of heat. These are okay, just nothing special.
