This tells the beautiful story behind Alexis's and Sophia's friendship. A great novella of The Moonflower Cove series. There is a difficult scene with Alexis at a party and roofies, which leads to Harper. You'll be able to read this in a day being a novella. Definitely 5 stars!

so good

Even though we know these characters from previous books, how they got that tight bond has never been spoken about fully.
Finally this book tells that story. I’m not going to lie and say it’s a lovely read, it’s hard, heartbreaking and tugs on your emotions. But it is a story that needed telling. Having said all that, it was a great book that fills in the gaps from previous books. It also shows how Alexis came to be living across the hallway.

It’s definitely worth reading if you follow this series but do note the content warnings. This book deals with various things that could trigger certain people. It’s written with the upmost respect such things require, although the details are kept at a minimum it’s something you should consider before reading.
Can’t wait for the next trip to the cove! And thank you Addison Clarke for letting this story be told.

What a wonderful and beautiful story, I really enjoyed the backstory for Alexis and Sophia they have such a beautiful friendship. There was a tough part of this book with what happens to Alexis.

I loved the development of the friendship between Alexis and Sophia and the effect it has on Emily (Sophia's girlfriend) they har such a great couple, too.

This back is a beautiful book and I thoroughly enjoyed the storyline of the blossoming friendship between Alexis and Sophia and Alexis pregnancy with Harper and I absolutely 1000% highly recommend this Novella and the #MoonflowerCove series as a whole!

I can't wait for more from Addison and the Moonflower Cove series with all the other books coming out this year. I am so excited I can't control it!

Read State Of Grace (Book 1). It's such a wonderful read where Alexis finds the love of her life, and I highly recommend it, too!

Read Champagne Problems (Book 3) for Emily and Sophia’s backstory of how they fell in love for their HEA, I highly recommend this book, too!

A Heartbreaking And Heartwarming Moonflower Cove Experience!

Secrets & Oaths belongs to Alexis and Sophia. To have the full on story of what happen to Alexis, and Sophia being there for it all, just made their relationship much more special. Alexis going through the traumatic experience and then having to deal with the aftermath and pain. But Sophia, Emily and her friends have come together to help Alexis make the most important decisions and support her no matter what. The lives that Alexis, Harper, Sophia and Emily have shared is amazing and has been the catalyst in keeping Moonflower Cove together. Addison Clarke has repeatedly replied that if we keep reading she will keep writing. Well I loved this book and can’t wait for the next installment. So Addison, you must keep writing!

You’re going to need tissues for this one!

My eyes are still leaking and I have a huge grin on my face! Thank you Addison Clarke for writing this story. Honestly this whole series has been one emotional journey after another! They are well written, thought provoking, at times silly but always finish leaving the reader satisfied. This family of characters just keep me wanting more.

so powerful

I’m not gonna lie, this one hurt to read. Alexis’ story was always one that broke your heart but reading it from the beginning was hard. To see the despair she went through but once again love and the Cove works their magic! The full circle moment for Sophie and Callie is the cherry on top! As always with Cove books ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Looking Back

The stories of Harper and Callie’s births. Alexis and Sophia share details of each of their pregnancies and the births of Callie and Harper. A wonderful depiction of friendship and family.

Absolutely beautiful!

There’s no place like Moonflower Cove and no people like the ones who live there. I didn’t realize how much I needed the backstory of Alexis and Sophia and how they became family to make more puzzle pieces fall into place. Can’t wait for the next one!

Spent a lot of it sobbing.

I'm not going to lie, this was _hard_ for me to read, and I spent a lot of it sobbing.

But it left me smiling at the end, and sometimes we need to cry.

Must read prequel to it all

Just when you think the series was done, this "come full circle" storyline we didn't know we needed brings this series to an end.

So sweet

So many emotions, tastefully written but wouldn’t expect anything less from Addison Clark.
Another winner in this series that I cannot get enough of.
