Another amazing read from Ann. I love all the characters in this one and can't wait to see more spin offs from this casino or ad least the crazy town.
Rod is opening up a casino in one very strange town, where everyone seems so secretive and stand off-ish until they really get to know you. Either way he has come in with his business partner Aymond to save the casino project and make it flourish.
Antonia just got her dealers license while she was waitressing in a casino in Vegas, she is so excited to start her new career. That is until she crosses paths with the pit boss who makes her feel incredibly uncomfortable and he is just plain creepy. When the situation gets out of control she is offered a chance to start over in Aymonds new casino’s in upstate New York. She has no idea how much her life is going to change.
Antonia and Rod experience that once in a lifetime instant chemistry but they decide not to share a lot of their lives with one another and boy is the crazy confusion just starting. By the end there will be secrets reviled, stalkers uncovered, some amazing sex, some very crazy identical triplets that seem to cause havoc and confusion everywhere. Rod.is about to find out hos assistant, one of the triplets may have some tricks up her sleeve. This will be a strangers to quickly fall and so much more. You are not going to want to miss this one and all this crazy small town has to offer. I am dying to read the next book and hopefully have so many questions answered....don't worry there is no cliffhanger it does end in a happily every after, but I just have so many questions about the town and its people. Lets just say I am intrigued enough to want to find this town and its casino to go play some cards. Ann makes it sound that aloring in her new best hit.

This story is part of the Isle of Cards series so there are more to look forward to. Antonia is a new dealer that escaped a bad situation in Vegas, got a new job and the hope of starting over in a new town.
Rod is the casino owner in this strange little town where Antonia has come to work. The sparks fly but they hold off on their connection, at first.
A great story full of plot twists, a creepy stalker, secrets and lots of spice all happening in a very unique little town in NY.

Ann Edawards did it again! Mechanic is a hit! I love how toni and rod had such an instant connection. Gram literally broke my heart. Gypsy definitely made up for it! 20 out of 5 stars!

Enjoyable
This is a good little read. I enjoyed reading all about Roderick and Antonio. Loved how they got together, even if some of their relationship seemed a bit quick. I would have loved more detail, lol.
