Takes less than an hour to read and despite quite a few typos, is a great primer on mindfulness. Could probably get all the same info from a good internet article, though.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and am a better person for having read it.

It is short and simple, to the point, very easy to read, and yet packed full of life-improving information.

Mindfulness can improve the quality of life in every area: physical health, mental health, emotional health, relationships, work, spirituality, etc, etc.

It is the practice of being fully in any moment, without judgement. This is accomplished by being aware of your breathing, feeling gratitude for everything in each moment, and letting go of expectations and attachments. This brings great peace, calm, and happiness, and is especially needed in today's rushed and frantic world.
