This is book 3 in The Outlaw Preacher series. It's "Redemption" and it's the wildest ride yet! The enemy will kick you when you're down but God is faithful. The question is...are we? This book finds the preacher up against it in every way. Tragedy and rage do not mix well with anyone , much less a former outlaw biker turned preacher. Are God's promises for all of us? Will pain and hopelessness finally win out? Will the MC embrace their wandering brother or kick him to the curb? Strap on your helmet one more time, hold on if you can, this ride is a zero sum proposition. It's all or nothing, but some guys live for times like this.
I've written four books, The Outlaw Preacher, The Outlaw Preacher-The Miracle, book 3 is"Redemption" and the latest Outlaw Preacher adventure, "The Reckoning"

Read all three books in the series in a couple of days. Just couldn't put them down! Oh, what God can do with anyone who will give Him a chance. Some of the events seemed a little over the top, conversions too quick to be real, but very good books. Hope he comes up with book 4.
I had a hard time getting into the book, at first, but kept going and really enjoyed the book. It was from a different perspective but that is good. There is a lot of spiritual wisdom in it, so read it slowly and take notes. Thanks for writing this!
This set of books is one of the best I have read! I highly recommend the books to anyone as a new Christian. The writer gives real life examples of how to live in a bikers views. I just have to say again the books are Awesome!!!!!!!
I'd never thought about the Prodigal son asking for his inheritance and blowing through it all possibly being the result of a huge personally emotional loss. It would still have been disrespectful and thoughtless, but it could definitely explain his father giving in to his demand and his ultraLoving response to son's return. This whole story speaks to this parable. Best parts: Cedar and Vonnie's salvation. Bonus: son Alex. Worst/hardest part: loss of love, even if it was sacrificial. James' raw honesty, vulnerability and full fledged return are inspiring. He truly does nothing in 1/2 measures. Neither does our Saviour!! Loving how YHWH speaks to James directly.
Jesus used parables to teach about the Kingdom of God. John Andrew’s uses vibrant stories to do the same thing. He effectively weaves scriptures into stories about a normal guy loves God but is attacked constantly by the enemy, just like all of us. Great storyline, characters, and writing.
The author clearly has an understanding of the Grace message… This Outlaw Redemption book is the third one in the series and I so thoroughly enjoyed reading it that I plan to go back and read the other ones. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
When I finished the second book in this series, I was so happy in the Lord that I had to see what was up with this Outlaw Preacher. Unfortunately, I discovered that James was having a rough time. His faith and ego took a bad beating. Now his rage was taking over.
In the beginning, James is on a flight back from Hawaii. I'm going what the heck is going on then as the story unfolds, my jaw is hanging up and I begin to feel a little depressed right along with James. I will paraphrase what James and Mr. Andrews have to say on this: God can make good come from evil - take sadness and turn it into joy - but we humans have to step out of the way.
This book inspired me to finish reading a book called 'Praying for Your Prodigal' by Kyle Idleman.

I was not liking the beginning of this book at all. And not wanting to spoil anything, the middle had me upset over a purchase by James. Thankfully the ending was full of Gods Mercy and Grace. I recommend to everyone that has read book 1 & 2. Don't read this book until you've gotten to know James in the earlier books.
Exciting, enjoyable, and Verse-filled (a very unusual combo). Cast is sinners, saved by Grace, doing their best to do better than before - sounds like church people to me. Re-reading. TTS-enabled eBook. Love the series. Hope there'll be more. Recommended
Slow start but once you start reading it you'll love it! I definitely loved the ending but wish that there was another book that would pick up where this one left off
