Renowned spiritual teacher Joel Goldsmith reveals our self-completeness in God in which we dwell in the secret place of the most High and are fed with the bread of life. By learning about our real, mystical selves, we discover a greater meaning in the present moment. Goldsmith teaches that when there is an awareness of the Infinite, the present, the past, and the future all merge into one.
Read this book many years ago and decided it was time for a re-read. I have read many spiritual and metaphysical authors over the years and Goldsmith gets it right.
He has a different perspective on prayer, God, faith and trust. You have to be willing to suspend whatever you think or have been taught about these in order to 'get' what he's saying. In many ways, once you do gain an understanding of his perspective - it's very freeing - and to me that makes this a worthwhile read.
