I wish to be myself… And to be with you… Together with him, too…
After spending a passionate night with his two strong loving guards, Prince Hal wakes up in a legendary utopian land shown to heroes in their dreams whenever they are on the cusp of facing their harshest trials in life. Although Prince Hal cannot wrap his head around why he’s been transported to Arkaus out of all places, a God watching over Arkaus appears before Prince Hal and gives him the chance to make one single wish during his stay. Prince Hal seizes this opportunity to spend an even more interesting night with his guards… a night where the Prince can finally indulge in a body he wants to call home.

Oh this was extremely interesting and besides the obvious smut really outstanding. I think that would be the most wonderful fulfillment of dreams for any trans person. I spilled a few tears for Prince Hal.
What would it feel like? he wondered. To finally have a cock—a body he could stare at in recognition and familiarity? 💗🥺💗
“A great ruler must understand his people. Your kindness is a strength, Your Highness,” he said. “Please, don’t ever feel ashamed of it.” 💗🥰💗
The Prince's Dreamy Gods is a short novella (44pages), considered continuation of Book 1: The Prince's Dearest Guards (also a novella, around 100pages).
Despite the quick read, this novella dives further into the dynamic between Hal and his guards, their love for each other and a night to forget (pun intended 😂). I love Arkaus and what it brought on. The wishing aspect made it very interesting and I feel like any transgender people can relate to Hal in that moment.
Furthermore I would have liked Kaiser and Elwood to also kiss or make out together, and I love that at the very least Hal thought of them in that way. I hope this will be explored in book 2 of the series. I can't wait to read it!
For anyone who wants to read a spicy novella about a transgender prince who romances his two guards, check this out! For worldbuilding and getting to know the characters I would recommend reading The Prince's Dearest Guards first, but it's not a must. ❤️🔥
First and foremost, this is book one and a half! If you haven't read "The Prince's Dearest Guards" go back and read that. This book takes place between events from the first book!

"I am no hero, Hal thought to himself. Why in the world was I sent here?" - Prince Hal
Arkaus is a legendary utopian land reserved for heroes, Hal being no hero. The god of the place allowing Hal one wish before he must wake and face the mythical serpent. Our prince knows exactly what he wants and in this very short read we get to watch it unfold!
“I’d like to have sex with my guards whilst having a penis.” The God blinked. He remained silent for a moment.
I love this series so much and just how seen you feel whilst reading! Prince Hal was born with a female body, but he knew that just wasn't him! So, when he makes this wish my heart just melted! I will warn you this read is bittersweet but so worth it!
Hal and his guards are turning into my favorites, and I am excited to dive into book two when I am able! The intimacy, deep understanding, and acceptance of one another is just phenomenal. Hal's guards never pushing Hal or doing anything that would make their prince feel uncomfortable. Both guards not caring that Hal is trans and taking care of his body regardless of what he has and doesn't have. Truly accepting Hal for Hal!
With this dream the guards being utterly honored to partake in Hal's wish. Seeing him actually being able to have the body he always wanted and felt was best suited for him. I was tearing up a lot and also being so swept up in the smut! Like wow!
“I can think of nothing more satisfying than seeing the man you’re bedding find confidence in his own skin.” - Elwood
I absolutely love the playful banter between Kaiser and Elwood. Both taunting each other and verbally jousting. Hal enjoying it and stirring them up a little. Our prince has come to the conclusion that he prefers to be a brat and has granted his guards the permission to Dom him. Letting go of that control and trusting his guards.
This read is less than fifty pages long! There is language and some body horror-ish. Hal transforms basically, there's no gory details or anything disturbing. I thought it was well written and utterly beautiful. Hal POV is the only one we have, and I so enjoyed it with several scenes! Sharing is truly caring. . . There's some body dysmorphia moments.
Comfort! I love the dynamic between all three of them and just how Elwood and Kaiser can read Hal's cues. Verbal or nonverbal. They don't force their beloved prince to continue when it's clear he doesn't want to. Consent is key to all things between the throuple. "Good Boy", "Teach Me", power dynamics, praise, and more. MMF and MMM action, Hal being trans and then his wish.
Enjoy this fun in-between installment and don't forget to give the author some stars!
Once again a 3.5 rated up. It was... fine? It was good for a short smut novella but the dialog falls a bit on the flat side a lot of the time. Especially Hal's. And unless the end result of this novel series is for him to actually be able to have a body he is happy with at the end of the day I don't really care much for the entire premise of it. Also I feel like they could have been much more creative with the magic aspect. I've got book 2 of the series pre-ordered so I guess we will see how it goes.

How does one write a short one shot scene of a prince getting his dream sex while also making it absolutely bittersweet and giggle worthy? I was practically kicking my feet giggling at how adorable they all were. But it felt a bit bittersweet because it wouldn't be permanent. I am glad he couldn't remember though because truly that would seem cruel. I appreciate that just the good feelings were left.
I read this one and absolutely loved it so much. This is the second book/novella in the series and it was such a fun and steamy read. The first book The Prince’s Dearest Guards came out last August and I loved it so much. This installment was a smaller novel that focused on a dream where Prince Hal gets a wish. He wishes to spend the night with his two lovers with a body he calls his own. I was excited to read more about these characters. And seeing Hal get what he wants was so nice. The dynamic the three of them have is also so amazing. Very excited to see where the next story will take them.
A nice steamy interlude that is a fun quick read in between the first book and waiting for the second one.
The summary is pretty self explanatory and delivers what it promises - a hot dream encounter with Hal and his two guards. I wish it was something that Hal could remember!
I'm looking forward to the next book in this series!
As someone who is like prince Hal; I envy to be granted, even if it's for one night, the opportunity to feel comfortable in my body too. I'm happy to see him enjoying his true self and hope that one day, I too can enjoy my true self. Beau, your story give me the hope and strength to continue my existence. Thank you
A lovely winter quick read, finished in one session!
How much I wanted to hug Hal as a fellow transguy for this wish, but I'll leave that part to his guards. Short steamy, a good taste of these three after the first book! Will def be rereading after I reread the first later in the year!
This is a very short, but very lovely (and hot) interlude to Prince Hal's current story. I nearly always adore gender affirming magic interventions, especially for trans men as that is something I often find myself missing in trans erotica (even though of course trans men who are comfortable with their original plumbing are rad as hell too!). I definitely enjoyed this one. It is as already mentioned rather short and I have to say the end disappointed me a little bit (i wish he could have remembered, at least as like a hot sexy dream!) but I also understand that finally experiencing sex without dysphoria only to be forced to realize its not real would be incredibly upsetting as well and either way it made me want to hug Hal (but I think his two guards are doing a great job at taking care of him too!). I am excited for the new installation of this series, especially a further expansion of the mythology, and I am very glad I got to read this short interlude to Hal's story.
I read this with my partner who shared a similar opinion. I am a trans man reviewing.
Hal does not top Elwood or Kaiser. To me, this is a grave disappointment, but pure bottoms are valid too I suppose.
The prospect of being a trans guy who has his ideal body only once, to forget it and return to a world without HRT, is a horrifying prospect. The book does touch on this horror but I feel like it hasn't indulged in it enough. Would make a great, visceral conflict if played more, or if there was any hope for Hal to be satisfied in the real world. Since he isn't, the concept is a tad depressing. The touches on dysphoria were probably the most realistic part of the story. I was also sad Hal won't remember his dreams. The god at the beginning mentions people usually ask for something like a vision of their future, so what is the point if they forget?
The stuttering is really annoying. I have read all books in the series now and maybe this is personal preference or I am ableist or something, but it takes me out of the story and often doesn't even make grammatical or realistic sense. There is also an obsession with over describing the characters' brows moving in ways that are unintentionally funny. Same with their heads tilting. Seriously, it happens a lot. A bit of anatomical strangeness with the experience of having a penis as well. I am begging the author to do more penis research, people do not usually cum in 5 seconds and then immediately become hard again. Hal doesn't clean out for anal either, which is aughhh. I know its not a sexy process and that its a dream, but at least a small mention of it would stop me from thinking of any poor outcomes.
All in all, I am happy to have finished this series of books, and will probably read any future entries for reasons I do not fully understand.
