Annie
I've had to run from my past three times, now. But it's been years since I've had to pick up and move. My kids and I are finally comfortable where we are. I have crazy friends, that respect my difficulty with opening up, my three beautiful kiddos, and the best mama in the world. I am at complete peace working from home and hanging with my kiddos. My past is enough to ward off men for life and I've done a pretty great job of keeping my friends out of it. Until them.
I'm falling for them, I know it, but can I possibly let myself take a chance? Especially now that a stalker has taken up residence in my phone, and my head. Will I live through his plans for me or will I be consumed by his rage?
The Gospel Boys
Vince- Officer Daniels to some, Vince to family. While I may intimidate people due to my size, I have a heart that wants to help, wants to protect, wants to bring the darkness threatening to take over the city down. When I met Annie, I was immediately drawn to her and wanted to protect her and her kids no matter the cost. Annie consumed me, mind, body, and soul, before I learned her secret. Now I have to figure out how to keep her and my brothers safe before it's too late.
Jenson- I'm the face of our gym franchise. With my charming smile and ability to break tension with humor, I can easily make people see what I want them to see. But when it comes to matters of the heart, I'm a lot less likely let people see the pain I cover. But Annie, she changes everything. I want to share with her, worship her, consume her the way she has consumed me.
Cory- Order, Process, Organization. I control every possible aspect of my life because I had to learn to survive alone. The one time I let a woman in, she completely annihilated me. Her betrayal was all I needed to close myself back off to those who weren't my brothers. I run our company as efficiently as possible and always have backups for my backups. Then I met Annie and apparently forgot how to talk to a beautiful woman. I'm actually pretty sure I managed to insult her. But, by some stroke of luck, she continued to come around. She has consumed my thoughts and it makes me feel completely out of control in the best way.
Nick- I do my best work in the background. Anything to do with security, analysis, or tech, is mine to control. It took a long time to tolerate touch from my brothers, and longer to accept intimacy. Imagine my surprise when my brothers and I all zone in on the same woman and I can barely contain my urge to touch her, hold her, love her. I want it all, with her. But how could she love someone as jacked up as me? And why do I feel more alive the more she consumes me?
This book is slow burn but, don't worry, it will get hotter in the next book.

The Characters:
Annie is a single mom, protecting her kids, and running from a past that seems to never let her out of its clutches. She is a victim, traumatized, and scared, but wears the mask of happiness and strength. Not just for her kids and friends, but for herself.
Vince is the police officer who helps Annie with her case. He is enamored by her the first time he sees her, but makes no move to tell her, of course. He is a fierce protector by nature.
Nick is a “nerd” who grew up in a heartbreaking environment. He is introverted and doesn’t let people in easily. He has a huge heart, but rarely shows it.
Cory is the planner. Obsessive to a T, doesn’t like change, and likes everything exactly how it should be. He’s very observant and notices little things others might miss.
Jensen is quirky, quick to make jokes to lighten the mood, and very forward about his feelings. He feels deeply and openly. He is protective of his family unit and loves his “brothers” with such ferocity.
The Drama:
Annie is on her third move, trying to escape a monster who doesn’t want to be left behind. At the first hint of worry, she calls the police. That’s when she meets Officer Daniels.
After passing the information to the police, Annie winds up with a kid-free weekend and decides to go out with her friend. Little did she know, her friend would take her to the last place she expected to ever be.
Annie was swept off of her feet by 4 masked men at this “club” and had the best night she’d had in a long time. The next day though, she had a breakdown while at the gym. Screaming and raging on a punching bag, the owner of the gyms comes to check on her and she finds him familiar.
One thing leads to another and the 4 masked men from the club reveal themselves to Annie. Shelby finds herself opening up about all of the craziness of her past and the 5 of them are ready to battle her demons head on.

Yep, obsessed. This book had me on my TOES.
The banter, the witty comebacks, the drama, the trauma, the characters, the story, just… wow.
It’s like every chapter held a new piece to the puzzle that I wasn’t expecting. I loved the guys, and Nick’s story, the little bit that was revealed, had me ready to go to battle.
I absolutely cannot wait to read book 2!

holy crap!
i think i just went through ALL the emotions ever! this was SO good! the trauma the fmc has to overcome is heart wrenching and i just wanted to cry for her, but the scenes with the guys were so sweet, it made made me want to cry for an entirely different reason. i CANT WAIT FOR BOOK 2!

Annie receives some threatening messages from an unknown number before going out with friends and contacts the police. While out with her friends at a masked club, she dances and flirts with four men who are captivated by her. No identities are revealed or numbers exchanged but Annie is under the impression that they only wanted a hookup anyways and sees it as no big loss. After receiving some more messages she has a panic attack in the gym that surprisingly happens to be owned by the men she met at the club. They go to lunch and exchange numbers but Annie lets her insecurities take hold and pushes for them to remain friends. The men agree and their friendship grows alongside their desire.
This book has some lovely twists and turns and leaves you on the edge of your seat. I absolutely cannot wait to read book 2! The writing is so descriptive and I can picture everything perfectly. The guys are so sweet and caring and understanding. The relationship dynamics and history between Cory, Jace, Nick, and Vince are fleshed out so well.

This was the first time I read, her book. This book was Awesome. Please read, the triggers warning, in this book first. This is the first book, in the "Comsumed Series. " The ending was WOW!! Can't Wait, for book2. Yes, it did leave you with, a cliffhanger. You be saying, "WHAT , the ❌. "Going to read, the next book, now!!! 💓 Annie and The Gospel Boys ( Vince, Jenson, Cory, and Nick) ."

With that being said... I loved this and can't wait to read book 2. Annie is so strong even though she doesn't believe in herself. She is an amazing person and mom. She has a traumatic past that makes her very skittish around people especially men. But then her friend gets her out of the house on a night her mom has her kids. She didn't know what she was getting herself into. But she knew she felt comfortable for the most part. Especially once she gets around The Gospel Boys. (who wouldn't lol) At first they all are just strangers and that is until Vince realized who she is but still he couldn't help himself. None of the guys could. I love how they all showed her in their own ways that they were there for her.. I need to know what is happening next!!! Love this book.

Wow what a read! This book was a rollercoaster of emotions…I went from laughing out loud to sobbing! It dealt with some pretty shitty issues but did so in a way that was so respectful and thoughtful. I’m kinda glad that there wasn’t loads of smut included due to the seriousness of the content.
Can I just make it aware that I hate, I mean HATE cliffhangers but my word I cannot wait until the next book!
I would definitely recommend this book as a read but make sure that you check out the tigger warning before you dive in. It is written beautifully and the start of this “Annie” and the guys story is one that I can’t wait to continue.

Omgoodness!! All the emotions!! I absolutely love this story! I felt like I was living this life with the FMC. All of the MMC are now my favorite book boyfriends and I cannot get enough! I need the next book immediately.
The turmoil the FMC endures is shocking and heartbreaking, but the way she pushes through and continues surviving and living each day for her kids and keeps pushing forward is more inspiring than anything I have ever read!
From the moment we meet the “Gospel Boys” I was addicted to them. This leaves on a major cliffhanger and mind is spiraling with possible scenarios.

Please read Trigger Warnings before starting! I loved this book, so glad I found this Brand-new Author and can't wait to see what they write next!
The Storyline was well-written with plenty of twists and drama as well as some much needed laughter and happiness!

Wow... Wow.. wow!
This book is absolutely amazing! This felt like the book you want to have with you sitting by the pool with a cocktail in your hands.
I love that the FMC, Annie, is plus size and absolutely exudes confidence and sexiness! And the Gospel Boys 🥵🥵🥵!
This book had me laughing out loud, had my heart beating fast and the ending... Oh my heart! The storyline is so catchy and you can't stop but fall in love with all the characters, expect Lukas and his gang 🙄
Can't wait to read the second and third book cause I'm in it!

Absolutely amazing, completely obsessed with this book. Definitely did not see the event coming, I totally thought something else was going to be the ending! It’s not the spiciest book I’ve read but it definitely has some spice to keep you interested. Character development was absolutely amazing! It was so detailed I didn’t have to make some random part up to fill in the blank. Overall, the book was amazing I could re-read it!

What a cliff hanger! Omg! 😳 so our fmc Annie has some serious trauma and is living a life for her now 3 kids... the evil man is Lukas who for years put Annie through so much. The book showcases past trauma and memories lividly. Annie is insecure but is learning to heal herself. Trust definitely does not come easy. The men who she is starting to open up to are all definitely swoon worthy... I'm still trying to pick a favorite. This is definitely a tear jerker with a slow burn. I'm definitely ready to see more healing and how her band of men show her how beautifully strong she is and her growth! The cliff hanger will have your jaw drop but 💯 worth the read!

I really liked this book. Character development is really good even though the plot moves a little slow. It’s a verrry slow burn - not much happens between Annie and the guys in this first book. It does end on a cliff-hanger and I’m looking forward to following the story and reading the next 2 books in the series.

Oh my....... exceptionally written story. Everything in it just flows. Love the story, the plot, the characters. Cliffhanger at the end but that just means that book 2 is next! You absolutely need to read this story. It is RH, my fave! Check your trigger warnings as always. But trust me, don't skip this book. I certainly hope that Annie gets her HEA though.

This book was so damn good! The club scene was so great! You could feel everyone’s emotions. I LOVE me a good RH. I love reading books with curvy FMC’s. Excited to see with this new indie author comes up with next in the series!

This is a slow burn book but you get to know the people and fall in love with them. This book will have you crying, laughing, yelling, emotions out of control, but you will fall in love with the guys and the sweetness, caring and protectiveness

It had a good story plot, and just enough spice to keep me happy. I would definitely read books from this author again. Devoured this book without pausing. Couldn’t put it down. Definitely recommend! I can't wait to see what happens in the next book!!

Annie has finally found a home for her and her children when she meets them. This book was so good, I enjoyed the story and how she made a new life for herself and her children, maybe even love again. Great writing.

omg loved this book!!! Once i started i couldn’t put it down. Annie is such a sassy character i love that there is a strong, independent curvy character in the book. Lots of laughs too.

DEVOURED THIS BOOK. I am o obsessed with these 4 men and this amazing woman. She is one tough cookie and I can not wait to get my hands onto book 2. I would not change a single thing about this book, just amazing from page 1 to the very last page and that CLIFFHANGER oh goodness, I dont know what I am going to do!
