Rate this book
This Walkthrough Guide is intended for use by the anatomy and physiology student and is intended to supplement your textbook. The A student would locate the worksheet in Chapter 1 and attempt to answer each question fully. We begin with the mouth and follow the path of food through the digestive system to the anus where defecation occurs. We take a step by step process so that you can see the structures and importance of each structure in digestion. If you happen to get stuck on a question, just flip to that section in the remaining chapters for the answer with some helpful hints. Happy digesting.Another guide you might immediately be interested in is Metabolism A Walkthrough Guide to Fermentation and Cellular Respiration that details glycolysis, fermentation, the citric acid cycle and the electron transport chain for the upcoming nutrition chapter.
