offers a solid foundation in maintenance principles, covering preventive, predictive, and corrective strategies, along with TPM and RCM. The language is accessible, making it suitable for students.

However, the book shows its age. It lacks depth in advanced topics like CMMS, condition monitoring, and FMEA, and does not address modern trends such as Industry 4.0 or data-driven maintenance. Visuals and case studies are limited, and global standards are mostly absent.

A good starter, but insufficient for advanced or professional-level use.
