This book was honestly pretty bad. The idea for the story was fine, but the execution was far from. The first issue I had with this was that it definitely needs to be proofread and edited due to missing words and bad grammar. Another issue is that there were rarely ever complete thoughts... like the author would write a paragraph saying one thing and finish the paragraph as if the thought/situation was complete, then the next paragraph she would start it up with a thought that occurred halfway through the first paragraph and then almost rephrase what had already occurred but with a different viewpoint (even though it was coming from the same character). I also thought the vocabulary was just super weird, like the use of over exaggerated terminology just made the story very cringey (like Winona constantly calling her chest "milk jugs", or the milk was a "sweet cream", etc) and the continued reiterating of terms like that just made it seem very immature. I found that Winona was also very contradictory all the time, she would say one thing and then the next paragraph she would doubt it and it was a constant back and forth. The timeline was also very strange in that in one sentence they would say an event would happen in a few months, and then the next sentence they say that it was a few weeks later and the event was now happening... or that Winona was at the mansion for a week then simultaneously say that it's been 3 days since she arrived.
This novel all around seemed very under developed and felt very immature, so I wasn't a fan nor would I recommend.
