As a lifelong meat eater, it was nice to have some background knowledge about how and why to change to a vegetarian diet before my stomach started rumbling at the thought of recipes such as spinach parmesan stuffed shells, penne with artichokes, and strawberry cheesecake. Definitely a keeper for the kitchen!
This is a great little cookbook for those curious about being a vegetarian or who want to try it. My brother is trying to go veg and so this was passed on to him after I flipped through it and read a it. I found it fascinating and it explained not only what being a vegetarian means but the different kinds there are. The recipes are great! I even had to try some of them before I passed on the book to a person that would use it to its full potential. He loves it as well and couldn't wait to get it home and try out the recipes. Every one that he has tried he has loved.

Great for a beginner to both the veggie-eating lifestyle and to cooking, but if you have any nohow in the kitchen these recipes are pretty boring. but it offers great foundations
