I love it.

Easy explained. I love the pictures. I would recommend it to for beginners. The content is relevant without over explaining.

Great Yoga Instuction

Awesomely explain the history of yoga. Also, great pictures of showing all the movement and position. A great guide for your everyday yoga practice.

Easy to follow poses

Precisely written instructions with images allows the read to follow with correct posture. Heat into to yoga a its purpose.

Well written and explained

Very informative and the pictures of the poses are very clear for the reader to mimic. I look forward to practicing these moves!

Good exercises for beginners

Good exercises for beginners although some may be a little difficult at first. Some of the breathing instructions could be clearer.
