The great thing about this book is that the things you will learn are customizable for your situation. If you are looking to develop self-confidence in your working life to help your career or simply to enjoy your work more, this book will be a great help. As for me, it is more personal. I only just finished the book a few hours ago and as I was reading it, I was already customizing the positive affirmations I am planning to use on a daily basis. Learning something from a book that you will use every day is about as much as you can ask of a book.
