Dear Blackpool: Blackpool on Polaroid.
Wade Radford’s ‘Dear…’ Series were originally released as pocket size mini A6 Zines. The idea of the small series was to preserve places in the UK as they stand between 2021-2024. With heritage and history increasingly at risk in the modern world, the zines looked to capture certain areas ‘in the moment’.
Using Polaroid 600 and SX-70 restored cameras, each book was produced and limited in quantities of only fifty to one hundred hard copies.
They have been digitally reproduced on Kindle for the first time.
