Wait, this is MMF? Oh god, I already know I'll not be a fan of this either. There's only a handful of polyamory books that were executed well amongst the ones I've read. Most always ignore one person over the others. I really wish I could DNF but once I start a series, it doesn't matter how much I dislike it, I can't DNF it. Oh well, we will see. Hopefully, Beck's emotional range surpasses a teaspoon's.

It feels rushed. Like my god. I’m on page 28 and there were already two time-jumps and two spicy scenes and without any chemistry the MMF aspect is already insinuated.

This book is a mess. Where was the build-up, the tension. A one-page tension is no tension. I knew from the beginning I wouldn’t be a fan of this book and I feel like I’m being proved right. I just want to get through this to get to Ryker. I need a sunshine character after all the grumps.

Amelia, I like. She is funny and the least confused of all the MCs. The two dudes are just 🤦🏼♀️

Interesting. I am not into er0tic@. I started reading this series because it was not mentioned on the Zon when I bought the books. I am also not into reverse harem or MMF, MFM or MFF etc. I’m not a sharer. But these three characters, regardless of what I said before, have more chemistry than the previous two couples together. I do believe it’s because I like Xander and Amelia a bit more. Beck is ok-ish, I guess.

Interestingly, this was a better book than book 1 and 2, which is surprising as I am not a fan of throuples. I thought the throuple trope would be executed weakly as most of the books I’ve read, except for one, fail to create an equal dynamic, but this was well executed. Whilst the spice was too much for me, I’m not a fan of er0tic@, the chemistry and love between the characters were way better than book 1 and 2.
