Negative Content- Minor cussing including: a ‘crummy’, a ‘geesh’, a ‘rats’ and a ‘stupid’; Amanda is snooty & rude; Gran doesn’t like Isabel’s father (because he’s part Indian).

My personal Rating- Three Stars (and a half)
This was a cute book! Girls who have read the American Girl Saige books (or seen the movie) will definitely like this one! (Maybe even more because of the Spiritual Content in “Isabel’s Secret”!) My only note is that both Isabel & her BFF, Holly, both have cell-phones at age 11/12...which now that I think about it is probably normal in the Public School scene! I thought the extra stuff in the back was super fun and am looking forward to reading the rest in this series! :)

I love this book! I've already read at least 3 times, and I've never gotten tired of it. I love how it's Christian based and it has horses! I would recommend this book to any young girl!

A good kid's book, maybe later elementary. Too many coincidences.
