I must say that the translator did an exquisite job, I just have to wonder how he does it.

It's a good authentic Latin work for amateur Latin students that have learned their grammar and vocabulary and are starting to read. Very approachable format and has guides on history, vocabulary, rhetorical devices, and any difficult grammar quirks that would be unfamiliar to a beginner. Also has its lines numbered and sentences spaced out, which is useful for making notes and keeping track of where you are. Good for classroom/teaching use.
