¡Uf! ¡Buenísimo! 🙆♂️ Que no os engañe la rana de la portada. Es un manga con una temática muy adulta y escenas muy fuertes.
Un asesino en serie con chubasquero y máscara de rana pondrá en jaque a la policía cometiendo asesinatos atroces. Junto a las víctimas se encontrarán notas con un breve texto relacionado con la condena impuesta por el asesino. Por el motivo por el que las mata.
Como bien dicen en el canal de YouTube "Tomos y grapas", es una mezcla de "Seven" y "Saw". Este es el primer volumen de tres. Serie corta, pero este primer volumen es muy intenso. Nada de relleno.
Las transiciones entre viñetas son perfectas, tanto para las escenas de acción, como para las escenas más fuertes de asesinatos, como para una simple conversación entre dos personajes, donde introduciendo viñetas de plano corto consigue (Ryousuke Tomoe) meter al lector en la historia a un nivel impresionante y dominar el ritmo de la narración a su antojo. Muy, muy bueno... esperemos que tenga un final a su altura. 🐸🔪

Si os gustan las clásicas películas policíacas y truculentas como "Seven", "El coleccionista de huesos", "El silencio de los corderos", etc., os gustará este manga. Un misterio acerca de un asesino en serie, con una máscara de rana y un puntito gore. No es que sea una historia super original dentro del género (o al menos por ahora) , pero mola y es la primera historia de ese estilo que leo en versión gráfica, además, leída de noche es otro rollo... En fin, que ha estado chulo y a ver si logro continuar, porque coleccionar manga es hipotecarse.

🔪 Розслідування цих моторошних вбивств веде детектив Савамура Хісаші, який - традиційно - страждає від того, що його покинула дружина, бо він надто відданий роботі (цікаво, чи існує десь взагалі персонаж "жінка поліцейського, повністю задоволена своїм чоловіком"?).
🔪 Аж тут стає зрозуміло, що саме об'єднує всі ці смерті, ну окрім дивних записочок поруч із тілами. Звісно що, тепер смертельна загроза нависла над дружиною Савамура-сан.

❤️ Кривава жорстока історія, фактично — тільки сама зав'язка твору-протистояння детектива та маніяка. До того ж ще й намальована настільки виразно, що навіть з першого погляду можна розрізнити персонажів (з чим в мене постійні проблеми в книжках з картинками, бо вони мені всі однакові 😅).
💔 А ще вона закінчується диким гачком, що дуже складно дотерпіти, що ж там далі. І поки що взагалі не ясно, що означає назва 👀

Verán la misma reseña en las 3 entregas, ya que hicimos una general.
Para muchas fue el primer acercamiento al manga, y realmente no estuvo mal para empezar... fue una lectura de ambiente policial tipo thriller.
Era una historia algo entretenida, dividida en 3 volúmenes cortos, de rápida lectura, sin embargo habían muchas cosas predecibles y falta de plot twist, la primer entrega generó muchas expectativas y hace que se planteen muchas teorías, pero desafortunadamente la segunda y tercer entrega desmejoraron mucho y no cumplieron.
Consideramos que falta un poco de construcción a la trama, no es una historia mala, ni un autor malo, pero creemos que podría dar mucho más... el final puede darse a libre interpretación pero aun así no es muy claro, simplemente esperábamos algo más la verdad.
TW: Violencia explícita, crímenes, trastornos psicológicos.

Regalo di mia sorella. La quale, seppur intendendosene molto poco di libri, letture, fumetti e manga, ha centrato senza saperlo.
In un bel cofanetto con tre volumi, “Museum” si è rivelato un manga thriller strabiliante, disegnato in maniera precisa, con dettagli accurati e scene realistiche.
La storia è quella di un serial killer con un impermeabile e una strana maschera di rospo, che girovaga nelle strade di Tokyo commettendo brutali omicidi, e di un giovane poliziotto, Hisashi Sawamura, che gli dà la caccia affrontando allo stesso tempo il disfacimento della sua famiglia, che l'accusa di essere un pessimo padre di famiglia in quanto poco presente.
Piacerà molto agli amanti del puro genere thriller stile “Seven” e affini, tanto ne ricalca la storia e il ritmo vertiginoso, senza respiro.

¡Increíble!
Un asesino macabro en serie que va dejando notas al lado de los cadáveres, un policía que intenta averiguar los asesinatos...
Con unas ilustraciones que acompañan muy bien al texto. Me parece que están súper bien plasmadas. También están muy bien divididas las partes del manga.
Personajes principales:
El asesino, como vemos en la portada, se oculta bajo una máscara de rana (perturbador, sí) y tiene un fin con lo que hace.
El policía, se verá demasiado implicado en el caso e intentará por todos los medios pararle los pies.
Ambos personajes en sus roles son de 10, sientes la impotencia y las ansias del policía por coger al asesino e intentas averiguar el porqué el asesino hace lo que hace.
Y el final, te deja con la boca abierta, te corta en un punto donde necesitas empezar el siguiente volumen. Cosa que haré muy pronto.
¡Si os gusta el thriller policíaco, no dudéis!

Un primer tomo que siendo sincero me ha gustado pero la historia es la típica de inspector de policía busca asesino. Un dibujo realista que creo que es necesario para la historia y que me deja este primer tomo con muchas dudas, como por ejemplo: de donde obtiene el asesino toda la info de la que dispone? Espero que en el segundo tomo se den respuestas y podamos ver como continúa la historia. Por cierto cuando terminas de leer el primer tomo entiendes el porque del título de la obra.

It was definitely not as much fun as I had hoped. A good thriller should keep you on the edge of your seat, eager to find out what will happen next. Musuem shines when it can make you feel compelled to flip the page. The killings are the best parts, but sadly, the real investigations and the personalities are the poorest.

Una historia de suspenso con un asesino serial, no podemos pedir más, es algo que me llama bastante la atención!

Creo que el dibujo tan realista es lo único que me echa un poco para atrás, porque por lo demás la historia me parece muy interesante y los crímenes todo los gráficos que a mí me suelen gustar.

Well paced thriller with brutal psychotic killer who is always just one step ahead of police and he is nicely playing with them. First volume is swift, giving urge to turn one page after another and end with literal cliffhanger.

Holly cow what an intense read this was!
Tomoe is a perfect storyteller, meaning visually with each panel capturing the atmosphere and emotion, as well as narration.
I devoured the last third of the manga feeling the rush and the tension.

I don't even have to look or an age rating on this book as it is obviously rated at least M for Mature so it is not suggested for anyone under 18 years though some younger readers are mature enough to handle some of he content within. Included in the 1st volume we have an assortment of murders, strong language, drug use, partial nudity, and at least one scene where fellatio is performed though it was drawn in a way so it was not graphic so use your best judgment when allowing younger readers at this book.
Detective Hisashi Sawamura is a fine man but with his work taking precedence in his life he is not as good when it comes to being a family man. It was another day on the job when he was called in onto an investigation where a woman was left at the mercy of savagely hungry dogs. What follows is a game of cat and mouse as the police piece the clues together while a serial killer continues to create new punishments for his victims. However when the connection between the victims becomes clear the good detective is pulled even closer as Frogman from Hell seeks those close to him.

Ohlala ! Difficile à noter et de me prononcer à ce stade ! Plus 3,5/3,75 que 3 mais je ne peux pas mettre 4. J'en veux à l'auteur pour une scène particulièrement violente et dégueu étalée sur plusieurs pages, il aurait pu nous épargner ça et rester dans la suggestion. Après, c'est une intrigue qui tient indubitablement en haleine, une intrigue à la Seven dont il me tarde d'avoir le fin mot de l'histoire. La dernière page tournée, je me suis précipitée sur le tome 2 en m'écriant, "ah non mais là il me la suite tout de suite là !". J'y retourne !

Museum by Ryosuke Tomoe is a chilling, dark, and suspenseful psychological thriller that focuses on a serial killer with a raincoat and a strange toad mask who wanders the streets of Tokyo committing brutal murder and leaving behind disturbing and hauntingly artistic scenes with the corpses of his victims and a strange note that seems to suggest a twisted form of vigilantism.
At the beginning of the story, we are introduced to a strange and yet gruesome murder in which a woman is killed by starving dogs. In the vomit of one of the dogs, a note is found stating that her punishment was to 'become dog food', revealing to the police that this was likely a meticulously planned death. As more murders occur, the situation becomes increasingly alarming, but the tension reaches its peak when Sawamura, our protagonist, discovers that his wife and son might be in danger.
The story is not a super original story within the thriller genre. The focus act of the serial killer, the complicated backstory of the protagonist and the slowly revealed twist were definitely the same familiar formula in a crime thriller manga series. In my opinion, the thriller genre doesn't necessarily rely on the complicated storyline or complex themes but also the ability to engage and excite the reader, which this series excels at more than anything. There's a constant sense of tension throughout the story that makes you want to keep turning page after page to find out what happens next.
The first volume doesn’t reveal much about the killer's motivations early on, which only adds to the mystery and builds layers of suspense. The cat-and-mouse game between the detective and the killer is thrilling and keeps me on the edge of my seat! The art style is dark and deeply atmospheric, which is perfectly capturing the story's tone. The details in the gruesome scene with a touch of gore add a disturbing layer to the story, making it so hard to stare at it for too long. Overall, Museum is a gripping and intense read that leaves you wanting more. I'm looking forward to read the next volume, hopefully the story didn't drag too much since this have so much potential. 4.25 ⭐️

Pokud si užíváte bestialní vrahy, kteří jsou vždy krok před policii, Muzeum by vás nemělo minout. Zkušený detektiv Hisaši Sawamura je povolán k velmi zapeklitému případu, kde krom brutálně zavražděné ženy nalezne i podivný vzkaz. Jak přibývají další nečekaná úmrtí, postupně přichází detektiv na kloub tomu, že vrah své oběti vlastně trestá. Ovšem za co? A jak v tom všem figuruje jeho rodina?
I když budu znít jako psychopat, hrozně se mi líbilo vrahovo počínání. Co se týče gore žánru, mám zde poměrně nakoukáno a z toho důvodu je těžší mě nějakým činem překvapit. I když zde máme vraha sériového, jeho modus operandi se vždy na místě činu výrazně lišil, každá vražda byla originální, jinak zpracovaná a spojoval je pouze záměr. Samotný důvod jeho vraždění mě hodně překvapil. Možná si během čtení jako já spojité dva a dva, tudíž vám dojde, kdo se pod žabí maskou určitě neukrývá, ale to mi nijak nepokazilo celkový zážitek. Detektiv není žádný amatér, sám si velmi bravurně spojí vodítka, která ostatním vyšetřovatelům unikla.
Manga končí otevřeně, takže se připravte na pořádnou jízdu a já už napjatě vyhlížím pokračování.

Genial, una trama muy adictiva donde ocurre acción todo el rato, varios asesinatos loquísimos con los que te dejan la piel de gallina. 😰
Un serial Killer muy característico e inteligente y a su vez desequilibrado e ingenioso.🐸
Opte en leer este manga gracias a varias recomendaciones que ví por redes sociales, y ahora yo soy el que recomienda este manga, porque estoy seguro que os atrapará como a mi me ha pasado. 🕵️♂️

Překvapila mě na mangu ne úplně obvyklá realistická kresba. Příběh je zajímavě spletený a místy až filmově odvyprávěný. Proč tedy nedávám pět hvězd?
Od dob boomu severských thrillerů jsem mírně alergická na situaci, kdy je vyšetřovatel přímo zapletený do případu, kdy je to pro něj osobní. A to přesně tady je. Ale po dalším dílu se určitě podívám.

Oduševljena! Tako su dobro razrađeni likovi da kroz čitanje ihvatiš sebe da malo i navijaš za glavnog negativca. Jeste serijski ubica, ali ono, malo kao da i ima pravo. Pa posle se opet sve okrene i tako redom. Pritom, kao i većina mangi, ovde nema previše teksta, a opet je cela ta strašna atmosfera preneta verno, svejedno te uvuče u priču i možeš da se poistovetiš.
