With his Full Figured series, Carl Weber brings together some of Urban Books' hottest authors to entertain readers with their stories about the lives and loves of beautiful full-figured women. When Desa Rae Jenkins ended her tumultuous relationship with Roc, it seemed like the appropriate thing to do;but now she's second-guessing her decision. Roc moved away to Kansas City, leaving street life back in St. Louis up to the brothas who can handle it. He continues to live his life on the edge, though, and when he returns to St. Louis, Desa Rae shows up at his doorstep to reconcile. Roc is reluctant to go there with the one woman who ripped his heart from his chest. He's determined not to let Desa Rae wiggle her way back in, but this full-sized diva is a heavy-hitter who won't give up without putting up a good fight.Win or lose, she refuses to back down, but with Roc's baby mama still in the way, there can be only one winner. When Malika Williamson hired Travis Ingram, she never imagined that he'd be doing a lot more than just maintaining the company's computer system. Not only has he ignited a fire in Malika's heart, but his mere presence causes backstabbing, confusion, and sexual tension at the office. Malika finds herself transformed from upstanding and happily married to an oversexed, overheated adulteress. Will this full-figured beauty be able to control the passion that threatens to destroy everything she's worked so hard to achieve?

I have been following Dez and Roc's story from the very begining and it's still going strong and a DEFINITE 5 star read.....I really hope this is not the last I will read on the couple....So if you haven't read Who Ya' Wit the love story on Dez and Roc please pick up your copy.....the only thing I hate is that it's a anthology and not long enough at all.....but with that said if you like anthologies then you will love the story by Brenda Hampton.....GREAT READ.... 5 stars!!!!!!
The second story is called Chocolate Temptation by Rose Jackson-Beaver......I have never read anything by this author and I am really trying to be fair and read the story in it's entirety before giving it a negative review......but this story is all over the place and I really had a hard time finishing it....thus giving it a 2.5 star rating.....
I do enjoy this series the first story was good ! Which I love it’s about Dez and Roc and they’re on and off again relationship! The second story I didn’t enjoy at all they could’ve left this one out. I’m only giving the book 5 stars because of the first story.
I can’t do it. This dumb old woman letting this young boy make a fool of her like this is just exhausting. The story is decent though so I’ll give it three stars for that much. But I can’t stand to read about a stupid woman. Especially one who can do better but won’t.
I am so tired of the Desa Rae and Rock show. I want these two to be done. I like the ending, it was cute, but there is no way they would work out. She is too judgmental and set in her ways. Even her ex-husband said the same thing Rock said, when he pointed out the qualities he liked about Raven. However, what Roc was trying to prevent from happening with Desa Rae to him, he did to Raven. Nothing is like a woman scorned and I hope we get a spin off story of Raven's revenge or recovery. I know she is not a full figured woman, but a break-up can cause you to pack on the pounds.
Chocolate Temptation
Now I was excited about this installment. I was quite annoyed with Malika. She wouldn't take the advice of her friends, but I could understand her dilemma. Her husband was very selfish. He thought that she should be fine, because he was fine and didn't understand his wife had needs. She tried super hard to get him to be what she needed, to no avail. Eventually, he became a bit more intimate with his verbal communication, but sexually, she missed out. Now she is at a new job and her Chocolate Temptation has followed her there. Oh, I so hope there is a part two to this juicy story.
I hope this is the end of the Des and Roc story. It's like a train wreck that I cannot stop watching. They are so annoying with their wishy-washy behinds. I just can't believe this 40 something year old woman is that stupid over a 20 something year old man. And I can't stand her judgmental behind. She thinks she's ALWAYS right. And that doggone heffa Malika Williamson is nuts! Why is everybody so obsessed with if she and Travis are sleeping together knowing that they are both married?! I definitely had to DNF this second story though.
Decided to revisit this book as a 44 year old woman and I'm even more disgusted with Des for letting that YN play in her face over and over again. HATED IT! We all need to self reflect sometimes but you cant take the criticisms from some of the worst men who've done you dirty but so seriously. Reggie and Rock were just gaslighting her nonstop. I hate the ending. She shoulda left him where he was in book 2. ol Deadbeat!
Chocolate Temptation was not a good storyline, in my opinion. A waste of time. I give it zero stars.
Who ya Wit gets 4 stars. Although Desa Rae is annoying she is learning and growing in her relationships. On to read "Who Ya Wit" the finale and Full Figure 6.

I loved Dez and Roc's story. Bravo. The other story however, I could not finish. It gave me whiplash from being all over the place. My question would be, can I get some more Who You Wit?
The first story was just whack to me.(yes I’m showing my age) I hate reading books when the women are weak and have no self worth. If you tell your child’s father that you and him are over and he chooses not to come and see his child for months because you two are not together then move on because he is not a good father or a good man. Months goes by she wants him back and he is still sleeping with other women while she is trying to play like it doesn’t bother her. I hated that in the end she breaks up his engagement to another woman and it ended like this was some great love story. Nah, I’m good. The fact that you dismissed our child together is the ultimate red flag that I could do better. The other part was that she was 44 hrs old like really, you don’t have yourself together at 44, chasing a young thug. This woman did not know her own self worth. The second story was good so I gave it 3 ⭐️.

I enjoyed this story Ive never read the author before the storyline was great.. Malika learned she was committing adultery with Travis they never crossed the line physical but Malika had a hard time for a while until she learned to balance it.. I hope there will b a continuous the way it end seem that it could b..
I loved this whole series I'm so glad that the end results were Good, Desa Rae and Roc were meant to be together it's about time they resolved their issues in their relationship....
