1. boggard ⭐️/5 indifferent. i liked how his name was the creature he is though.
2. pineapple man ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 really interesting and kind of cute. (i'm a sucker for childhood friends to lovers)
3. werewolf ⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 kind of cute, we love some werewolf.
4. alligator ⭐️⭐️/5 weird, but at least maddox appreciated it.
5. reaper ⭐️/5 if i'm honest didn't pay much attention to this one but what i did gather was that baby death was shedding a lot.
6. naga ⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 cute. liked the stars theme.
7. gargoyle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 i think my favourite story. i loved the concept of a gargoyle!! and grady was so sweet!
8. catfish ⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 MMM. cute as fuck but referring to jason and linus as boys was kind of weird for me. daddy kink is not really it either.
9. rougarou ⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 loved the dog & fox story. but getting married after knowing each other for 6 months?😬 AND MPREG? i like it mostly but not right now.🤓
10. demon ⭐️/5 weird. not my style.
11. snake man ⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 the skin suit was interesting? i kind of enjoyed this one.
12. ghost x catman ⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 i loved that they were both supernatural beings and they kind of had some chemistry? no? just me? okay.
13. zombie (?) x witch ⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 sweet and proved that where there's will there's a way...
overall it had some cute stories but not something i would really recommend to other people (unless they just wanted some frisky monstrous time, if you know what i mean).

Thank you for the ARC read, I voluntarily give this book an honest review. Only the brilliant minds of Hiers and Scout can we get these steamy with a wicked sense types of monstrous hilarious reads. It's so hard to pick the one to link on with this review. It's already bring the sweetest juiciest of reads, its hard to choose which i loved most. Zeke, that rougarou hits close to home *Nana was hilarious* but aww, I also loved Grady. Who would have that a Boggart was sexy! Roman shoulda been like what the.. Unique craving bordering obsession with Arlo delicious baking. Brandon back from college, a much needed recharging break that brings a rekindling connection. Spike was just an amazing surprise!
This is volume two of Thirteen Days, thirteen sweet stories of Monsters and humans doing the deed. Every kind of monsters from Bogarts and Pineapple Men to Snake men and Ghost. I loved Samaire and the graciousness he displayed in his monstrous glory. Who knew Death was named Cephus and had such a dirty mouth? Grady the Gargoyle was so sweet. Leo was hilarious when he found out about Jonas. Each and every story full of steamy, spicy antics and dirty talk to liven it up. No angst, just love. I received a copy of this book and this is my voluntary opinion.
Second volume of a collection of paranormal stories. Single POV. Each “day” is a different standalone story and setting with a bunch of different monsters steaming up the sheets with their found human. There were instalove, established couples, childhood friends, 1 triad, and a bunch of other surprise matches. Like Volume 1, none of the humans had second thoughts about their attraction to their chosen monster, and the immediate acceptance was part of the fun. There is tons of humor and sweetness, every single story was entertaining. This was a fun read from beginning to end.
Plot: Another delightful set of 13 sweet smexy tales with spice levels from 3-5 Feels: My favorite tales were 2-Woods, 4-Walks, 6-Chirp, and 10-Itch for the feels on top of the smexiness Drama: None Heat: 5/5 Characters: A couple of revisits to past MCs, and an interesting mix of supernatural beings this time around ranging from a pineapple (!) to a ghost, a demon to a gargoyle and even some necromancy Pacing: Medium Length: Short stories Ending: Various degrees of happy endings (nothing cliffhangery here, thank goodness)
There’s a delightful smorgasbord of stories to choose from here, with minimal angst and more than enough humor, heat, and creativity to go around. There are tropes galore and some truly lovely, and lovable, monsters— it’s hard to ask for more than that.
*I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
Another awesome compilation of short stories about monsters and humans that are either in an already established relationship or just starting out. Love reading these and especially enjoyed the one with the pineapple. Great world building, definitely high heat and chemistry. Cannot wait to read more.
These books continue to be a lot of fun and perfect bite sized stories. Monsters, a little craziness and lots of smexy times and I can get a whole story on my lunch break. (While this series only has 2 books, Hiers and Scout have plenty others in this vein you should check out.) In this collection, I think Cravings may have been my favorite. The mob guy going nuts for a danish made me snort. But then Samaire in Walks was just as sweet as could be and really touched my heart strings.
💕A FUN, SWEET, AMAZING GROUP OF STORIES! I really enjoyed the stories in here. Each one is so cute and just a joy to read! An overall fantastic and lovely read!
