“I love #80, The Best Upper-Body Workout, Option A. It reminds me of training I did in my early bodybuilding days in Austria. Simple programs like this have always worked and always will. This is a wonderfully written book. The more I read, the more I learnt. It consists of a very nice collection of work outs and explains them with perfection. More body weight exercises would've been awesome, but it was good none-the-less. Definitely worth a read for anyone with an interest in work outs.

It is a good book if u want quick workout plans and that's it, but not gonna be helpful or comprehensive if u wanna understand why u doing this workout and this workout. i don't recommend this book for a beginner at all.

This is kind of a reference book that guides you what to do in different situations. I particularly liked the categorization of workouts depending on the available equipment and the muscles you want to build. Some of the workouts do nothing but the body weight which is perfect when you're on a trip and don't access to gym. It also has a short guide on how much and what to eat if you want to either lose or maintain your weight.

The reason for not giving five star is that I wish the book had more guides about how to combine different workouts and come up with a plan. There are some recommendations on how to group different exercises but I found them a bit vague and couldn't ensure that I'm grouping them in the right way.
