This author doesn't have all their works on Goodreads, but I purchased a copy of their omnibus ITADAKIMASU which contains Udon, Sashimi, Red Rice, and Nourishment. The artwork is very well done, it kind of gives Shintaro Kago's style. I love how grotesque the imagery is and how incredibly detailed everything is. I do believe that Udon is my favorite story in the omnibus. I first heard about this author from a post they made in the horror manga reddit.
