Encouraging

I am a type 1 diabetic. In the last year I broke my femur and dilocated, broke my ankle on both legs. Reading this book has encouraged me to get back out there and exercise and try to get back the weight I was before the injuries. Thank you.

Two interesting things about this book: 1.) although Hate is in the title, this book works hard to address the mentality towards exercise and overall is very positive. 2.) although every picture in this book features an older person or couple, it can very much be used by someone if any age. Great information, helpful charts for every day use, and wonderful examples of exercises to do.
