“Sunshine, there’s only one Daddy in this relationship.”

Brooke has a good life. It’s quiet and she lives by her own rules. She can stay up all night reading her favorite books, even if she regrets it the next morning. Sometimes she wishes a Daddy was there to tell her to go to bed. It’s wishful thinking, though. She’s too shy, too introverted, and too quiet to ever put herself out there. When her only friend who knows her secret invites her to her birthday party, Brooke isn’t expecting to walk into a room full of tatted-up bikers, and she definitely isn’t expecting to be watched so closely by a set of dark brown eyes that make her weak in the knees.

Storm got his name for a reason. He’s dark and broody, and Littles tend to avoid him. It’s for the best. He has too much baggage to get involved with anyone. The only thing he needs is the MC and his brothers. But now, all of his best friends are finding the women of their dreams, and he’s going to bed every night alone. After one look at the sweetest face he’s ever seen, he suddenly can’t remember why he wants to be single. All of his protective instincts are in overdrive.

Will they overcome their fears and trust each other enough to let the other into their hearts?

Combining the sizzling talents of bestselling authors Pepper North, Kate Oliver, and Becca Jameson, the Shadowridge Guardians are guaranteed to give you a thrill and leave you dreaming of your own throbbing motorcycle joyride.

Are you daring enough to ride with a club of rough, growly, commanding men? The protective Daddies of the Shadowridge Guardians Motorcycle Club will stop at nothing to ensure the safety and protection of everything that belongs to their Littles, their club, and their town. Throw in some sassy, naughty, mischievous women who won't hesitate to serve their fair share of attitude even in the face of looming danger, and this brand new MC Romance series is ready to ignite!

This was sweet.
I really enjoy the ‘I hate everyone but you’ type of MMC. So swoony.

Way too short, nothing happens and way too expensive.

£4.08 for about a 100 pages with all the massive gaps in the book, it’s ridiculous and a rip off! I’m really annoyed as I normally love this author, and I was looking forward to Storm’s story. Its actually 143 pages but there’s HUGE gaps on most pages, and a side note to the author: STICKING A CUTE TEDDYBEAR IN THE MIDDLE OF A MASSIVE GAP DOESN’T STOP IT BEING ANNOYING! It’s not only a rip off but it’s so short that nothing is explained. I know absolutely nothing about either of them. Was Storm in the armed forces like the other brothers? What has he done all his life? Who was his ex? What happened to her? Why don’t Brook or Storm ever see their one remaining parent? What is Storm’s actual name? He never tells Brook it.

Brook and Storm meet when he’s buying a house. As more of the brothers get their own littles, he finds himself feeling more and more lonely. He also can’t cope with all their screaming and playing. At the beginning he’s really grumpy and not very likeable. Brook is very introverted and likes her own space, and to be on her own. As it’s so short it skips through the beginning of their relationship completely and it’s so disappointing. One minute they’re getting closer, there’s one very very short and cringy s*x scene then it skips forward a week. There’s another very short scene and then it skips forward SIX FRIGGING WEEKS and they’re living together in his new house and everything is perfect. 😡😡😡. It’s not perfect for me. As a reader I wanted to read about their relationship!

Sorry it’s really not good at all. It feels like half a book if that.

The sun shines

I love this ninth book in the Shadowridge Guardians MC series. The series just gets better and better.
Storm is a great character. So sure he is meant to be alone he is moving out of the clubhouse. All the noise and littles he loves, but he can't be around. He is a grumpy daddy who is not destined to have a little of his own, having been hurt badly in the past.
Brook is shy and easily overwhelmed. She loves her little time and her friends but needs time away to decompress.
When Storm comes into her office, she can't get him out of her head, and he's the same.
When they run into each other at the clubhouse, both are surprised and cautious. But fate had other plans, bringing them together and setting the scene for a beautiful and rewarding relationship.
I love these characters. The story is beautifully written with care and attention to detai. Itt's full of passion and pain. It is a well-rounded and rewarding story.
I highly recommend this book, series, and author.

Storm by Kate Oliver delivers a heartfelt, steamy romance that will charm fans of the Shadowridge Guardians MC series. Storm, the brooding biker with a soft side, finds his world turned upside down when he meets Brook, a sunny and curvaceous realtor assistant who brings light to his grumpy days.

Their chemistry begins right from the start, and their journey is a perfect blend of humor, heat, and emotional depth. Brook’s resilience and Little tendencies pair beautifully with Storm’s protective nature, making their dynamic irresistible. With a touch of danger, past wounds to heal, and dreams to chase, this story keeps you hooked while tugging at your heartstrings. Kate Oliver crafts another engaging tale that fans of DD/lg relationships and motorcycle club romances will adore.

Storm…

MC/VP/DD yes please!!

Storm is the VP of The Shadowridge Guardians MC. He’s moody and prefers quiet time over loud craziness. When he goes to put an offer on his home, he meets Brook. Instantly he feels a connection, but he doesn’t want a relationship since he’s been hurt.

Brook has taken care of herself for a long time. She’s an introvert and when she spends time with friends, she needs the entire weekend decompress. When Brook goes to a bday party at the club, she runs into Storm. He recognizes that she’s a little and feels protective of her. Can Storm get over his past and give Brook a chance? Read this book and find out!!

🔥 🔥 (2/5)

I thoroughly enjoyed Storm and Brook's story! This grumpy x sunshine DD/lg romance was so heartwarming. Storm, jaded from past heartbreaks, isn't looking for love, but everything changes when he meets Brook at his realtor’s office. The connection between them is undeniable (he couldn't stay away), and their personalities complement each other beautifully.

Storm’s need for solitude and time to decompress meshes perfectly with Brook’s introverted, homebody nature. Together, they create a safe, supportive space for each other to thrive. Their journey is sweet, tender, and perfectly paced—a must-read!

Storm finds his little girl

Storm feels the walls of the club house closing in and the littles love him but stormy-Normey is so grumpy the littles especially Remi thinks he hates them. Storm is just a hidden introvert and he would die for the littles but at the same time his heart hurts for not having one of his own. Until the day he catches a woman sleeping st real-estate office instead of eating her lunch, he was an ass to her kindness, couldn’t stop thinking about her. Then she was at Carlee Birthday party, Storm stops in his tracks when he sees Brook, he’s in trouble in so many ways.

Storm is the ninth book of the Shadowridge Guardians MC series of interconnected standalones. This was a quick read that I was able to finish in one sitting. I love this series and consider all of these books comfort reads. I loved Storm and his sunshine, Brook. Storm has been hurt in the past and isn’t looking for another relationship. But, when he meets Brook at his realtor’s office he feels a pull towards her. These two were perfect for each other! I love this series and am going to be sad when it is finished!

MC Daddies just do it for me and I’m not even a little bit sorry about it! STORM is the latest addition to the multi author SHADOWRIDGE GUARDIANS MC series and is a super sweet and sexy grumpy/sunshine DD/LG romance. Brooke and Storm were meant for each other. Both introverts at heart, they found the perfect companion in each other because as different as they were, they were the same in the ways that count. This was a read in one sitting romance that left me with a smile on my face. STORM gets the judy.ann.loves.books stamp of approval, TBR and Enjoy!

Storm is the newest addition to the Shadowridge Guardians series. It is a shared world with multiple authors. While the book can be read as a standalone it is much better to read the series to have a good grasp of who all the characters are and past events. Storm is probably my favorite of the series. It is well written, the characters have great personalities (they seem to come to life in my head), and the storyline is amazing. It does include a daddy dom romance and have some elements of age play so please be aware.

This is book 9 in the Shadowridge Guardians series and I enjoyed it as much as all the other Kate Oliver stories.
We have Storm; a grumpy brooding MC VP Daddy Dom and Brook; a sunshine bubbly receptionist Little.
Storm doesn’t want to let anyone near him after a past hurt, but his heart is almost instantly captivated by Brook.
Can Brook unlock Storm's stony heart, or will he keep his grumpy personality forever? Steamy, emotional and with sprinklings of humour. Loved this book.
This series has captured my heart too and I too will miss it ending.

Wonderful read, great characters and plot

This is a simply heart warming readout Brooke and Storm who are simply ideal for each other and how they have gone so long without meeting is laughable.

Storm decided he wants a place of his own when he needs some down time, or so he convinced himself and his is when he first meets Brooke and he knows that he has met his little girl.

This is a read full of love, laughter and drama and some wonderful Daddy moments and little girl shenanigans.

Two introverts finally found each other.

Grumpy Daddy, Storm was feeling jealous of his friends and their Littles, so he went house hunting only to find his own little girl, Brook, the receptionist at his real-estate agency when he found his perfect house. She also happens to be BF's with one of the littles of his MC brothers. Turns out they both aren't comfortable around a lot of chaos and noise. As they become closer, they learn to trust their intuitions and fall in love. The suspense was a little disappointing 😕, but the love story was very good. 🥰

So, I got sucked into a Facebook ads which of course didn’t tell the book name so googling the characters name and club name I found this book. The names are the same and the daddy/little relationship but the part from the add isn’t in this book.

The book was ok, it’s book 9 of the series and no I haven’t read the others. It does reference the other characters and littles from other books during like play dates and stuff but it is easily read stand alone. Minimal smut, and you have to believe an entire motorcycle club are daddies wanting littles.

Such a sweet and delightful story!! This series is amazing and adding Storm and Brook to it just makes it better. He’s surrounded by Littles at the Club, but needs to find his own Little girl. So when he unexpectedly meets Brook, all bets are off. She’s a breath of fresh air, sweet, kind and the perfect counterpart to Storm. I enjoyed the witty banter between them and their chemistry was smoking hot! Their journey was one of which I never wanted it to end! I love this series and this story just proves it even more!

Dark and broody Storm finding a Little is awesome! he is so sure he is never going to find anyone who can be his Little yet still understand he likes quiet and needs space. Then he meets Brook. She is everything he wants in a little and best of all she understands him.
They have such a sweet story! I really enjoyed it! All of these books are so well written i just cannot say enough great things about this series. I have been devouring about 2 sometimes 3 books in a day because I just cannot stop reading them! I would love to see more collabs like this between these ladies!

Storm & Brook

First, $5 for less than 200 pgs is disgusting!! And the editing was not great!!

Second, Storm's story was great! Funny how our past can own our future without even realizing. It explains why Storm is such a grouch.

Third, I love Brook! She's sweet, strong, knows how to take care of her needs, & is strong enough to go hang at the compound with Carlee & the other Little's! Even though she's an introvert, & shy.

I really enjoyed Storm's story! Just wish it was longer.

Enjoy!!

Ahhh Storm had me blushing! I love a grumpy mmc. This book was just so precious & wholesome.

Brook is a very relatable fmc. These two are just perfect together. If you want a sweet read, with spice pick this one up! I loved the friendships in this book as well!

Kate Oliver never disappoints! Brook and Storm fit together perfectly: they both need quiet and space. She’s been on her own for a long time and never had a real Daddy to protect and love her. He fills her heart and soul with his love and she’s his sweet baby girl. I loved the support and interactions the MC gives their Littles and it was a blast seeing the girls push limits!! The trust Brook and Storm gave each other makes their relationship and lives beautiful!

I always love coming back to the Shadowridge Guardians. Seeing Stormy-Normy find his Little and fall head over heels in such a cute way got me in the feels. The fact that his Little is also an introvert is a bonus, because I can relate to needing to recharge after being among friends. Brook is absolutely a cute and adorable Little, and how she takes care of herself is hilarious. Hey charcuterie board is on point!

Book 9 doesn't disappoint

Grumpy Storm of Shadow ridge MC feels trapped now that his brothers are finding their happy after with their little and now the MC walls are closing in on him what's he to do? Buy a house of course, however he doesn't expect to get knocked off his feet by the receptionist at the real estate agency, who just happens to be the best friend of his MC little and of course she's a sweet and genuine little. It maybe time to let his guard down!

Brooke was a secretary at a real estate office which Carlee had sent Storm to because he was looking for a house and Carlee knew Brooke needed a daddy. Getting them together took a little time because Storm was a man who wanted to alone and was very grumpy. He did not want to meet anyone because he had been hurt badly by his last so called little but Brooke brought out the best in Storm. Enjoy their journey.

3.5/5⭐️ This was another great story!
I absolutely adored the relationship between Storm and Brook. I really liked that there were more elements of their dynamic and even before they met, how immersed she was into age-play. I loved that they were both reserved, especially her, and he was such a sweet talker.
The calls and they guy showing up felt a little unnecessary but overall it was super sweet and I enjoyed it.

Storm & Brook are so cute. Both lonely, introverted, hard workers who enjoy their solo quiet time. Finding the love of your life can change that though. Was super sweet to watch them invade each others lives and hearts. Storm went from grumpy gruff daddy to super sweet gruff daddy haha I love these MC Daddies.

I’m so in love with this series, and seeing Storm find his Brook just made my heart so happy.

The Shadowridge Guardian MC series was my introduction to the DD/LG genre. Storm seems a little extra grumpy at the beginning. Brook is super sweet and I liked that she is an introvert (I feel seen). It seemed like this story wasn't quite as detailed as the others. It was still very enjoyable though. Could be read as a stand-alone but the whole series is amazing.

love is for Everyone

Kate Oliver has another amazing book! Even though Storm is grumpy, he finds his little girl. Brook thought she would ever have a Daddy of her own, as she was an introvert. Just goes to show that there is someone for everyone. Love the Shadow Guardians and their littles, especially the banter between all the characters.

Grumpy and Sunshine

Storm is grumpy and enjoys quiet alone time so all the loud Littles in the clubhouse are getting to him. He's also a little jealous of his brothers. Brook is her own caregiver because she hasn't found her Daddy. When they meet the attraction is immediate. This is another sweet book in this series.
