Beware: this book is for techies!

Lots of helpful information and tips for them.

The book will hugely benefit the one who has the utility for these insights in the book. The diagrams will be quite helpful. Each page has lots to offer.

Thank you, Rockport Publishers, for the ARC.

I like to go back to basics from time to time, this caught my eye on Netgalley and it is a nice refresher for the experienced, and it is a very well rounded introduction for the beginners.

It has plain language, and delivers the message clearly, which would help anyone interested in UX design a starting point to have an idea of basics and find topics to research further. The language and information are mostly okay but I found the layout a little oversimplified; one page writing with bullets and visuals on the next, mostly. It could also be more engaging and interesting.

Thank you Netgalley for the ARC.

As a UX designer by profession I am always on the lookout for a fresher take on this subject and this book is it. Not only does it provide great insight into what exactly UX is, but also differentiates between graphic design and UX.

It provides helpful insights into the processes of UX and then breaks them down into bite-sized explanations. I can't wait to get a printed copy of this book.

Thank you NetGalley for providing me with a free ARC for my honest review.

An interesting book that breaks down principles of UX into bite-sized bullet points that are easy to understand. It is a breeze to flip through the book and get a decent idea of various frameworks and approaches to UX design.
