Très précis, introspectif et émouvant. On sent chaque ondulation du lac et chaque mouvement de cœur du narrateur. Une lecture magnifique

I have complicated feelings about this novella. The writing in it is very poetic and full of metaphors, sometimes to the point of being quite confusing. The story itself revolves around two men, a couple, who struggle to find their way to each other in more ways than one. In some ways, it reminded me of the novel Our wives under the sea, but unfortunately I found it much harder to connect with the story and the characters here.

Poétique et émouvant. Entre la DA du livre (deuxième lecture des éditions La Veilleuse et c’est encore une fois un grand oui) et l’écriture, j’ai adoré ma lecture. Je l’ai emprunté à la bibliothèque mais je m’achèterai sûrement une copie un jour.
