Extremely informative book!

I just finished reading this and found this to be the most informative guide to resistance training and nutrition. Ken Allen explains in depth the steps to take to embark on your journey of health and wellness. He breaks down the information in an easy to understand way. Step-by-step, he guides you through the exercises, the number of reps, and everything else you need to know. It's like having your own personal trainer at home. The nutrition information was also very helpful. I have struggled with understanding which protein powders are best for me, and this was explained in a way I could understand. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to get started towards a healthier and more fit version of themselves!
