I have enjoyed Pilates for years, but my hubby has always been reluctant to try despite my conviction it would be very beneficial for him. This helped a lot in showing him specific exercises that supplement specific sports or targeted needs, and all images are of men doing them!
I check this book out from work several times a year to refresh my memory of poses. I like the visual pictures and has helped me be able to stretch properly. I recommend this book for a starter/introduction. Minorly affiliated with Yoga also. Great for individual sports guys who want specific poses/exercises that will aid their training.
