Weight Watchers has put out better books than this one, as well as having a sizeable online collection you can access with membership.
This book had two strikes against it.
1) I've seen most of these style recipes before, and already have similar ones I'd be interested in.
2) The recipe pages have no tempting pictures. There are pictures, but they are in a separate section away from the recipes.
Still, there were a couple of interesting recipes I'll try: Grilled Fish with Pineapple Salsa, and my husband talked me into keeping the Apple-Blueberry Crumbles recipe and Stewed Chicken Thighs with Sweet Potatoes recipe, even though we have a similar chicken and sweet potato recipe. The sauce is different.
I was highly bored with this book. I have read other weight watchers cookbooks and the meals are the same type of meals...nothing that really tickles my fancy. I must admit that I prefer Cooking Light and Skinny Girl cookbooks instead.
