He’s a doctor in over his head. She’s a barista with a big dream. Teaming up could solve both of their problems, but it might just cost them their hearts.

When Knox Sullivan suddenly becomes the guardian of his three-year-old nephew, Matthias, his life takes an unexpected turn. Desperate to connect with the toddler and out of his depth, Knox decides to attend the local library's story time. What he doesn’t expect is the unique and blue-haired barista to be running the event.

Lacey Chambers enjoys crafting sweet coffee drinks, losing herself in a good book, and volunteering in her community. With very little savings, her dreams of one day opening an early learning play center seem out of reach. Until the handsome, but clumsy, new doctor in town makes her an offer she’s not sure she should refuse.

Knox is having a day. Poor guy! But he's doing a great job at keeping his chin up with all the changes that have happened in his life lately. He's figuring out how to be a single parent to his toddler nephew and still working his long shifts as a doctor. But when he happens to stop for a cup of coffee at the Coffee Loft, he's in for a fun meet-cute with a sweet and spunky barista!

I loved Knox and Lacey! They are two great characters who are just full of goodness. I love that in my characters. They have some challenges and hangups that they're dealing with individually but when they join forces they become so much stronger and can help each other to achieve their dreams.

And Knox's nephew, Matthias is simply adorable! He'll steal your heart and make you laugh at his antics. As well as a dog that shows up in the story. Poor Lacey is in for a little bit of a wild ride with that one. But I loved how it added more depth to the story and these two characters' arcs.

Love is a brewin' and will help these two heal and grow!

Content: Clean. Some kisses but nothing further. There is some talk about Knox's sister and her husband's deaths and the effects of that on him and Matthias. It was addressed very well and in a sensitive manner.

I received a copy from the author. All thoughts and opinions in the review are my own.

Happy Reading!!!

Heartwarming and sweet!

I love Knox and Lacey. I love their professions and personalities. They fit so well together and their combined positivity for hardships in life was refreshing.

In just a few short chapters, you see how Lacey grows in herself and her confidence, her sense of self, and her newfound view of her past/present/future.

I loved Lacey’s growth and how Knox was thoughtful, supportive, and solid.

A very enjoyable short read with coffee, stray dogs, finding family, and dreams coming true 🥰

This was such an adorable novella. I loved the relationships between all the characters and thought they were very well-developed in a short amount of time. I wish we knew how old Knox was though - he’s a doctor so I’m going to guess at least 29-30, which creates a little age gap since Lacey is 24. Overall though, I thought the chemistry between Knox and Lacey was great and I loved them together.

I’m looking forward to continuing reading the rest of the stories in The Coffee Loft universe!

*I received an e-ARC of this novella in exchange for my honest opinion.

MINOR SPOILER BELOW!!!!

The only thing I was not a fan of was the proposal - I would have preferred for it to happen in a more intimate setting or somewhere with more meaning, preferably not on Valentine’s Day but that’s just me 😅🙈 I Iove that Knox had planned the engagement party after though.

We’re in Arkansas in Bean Wishing for a Latte!

Super cute story about a barista with big dreams meets single dad/uncle who’s a doctor and has full custody of his adorable nephew.

Lacey wants to open up her own child center one day so she’s a barista and the Coffee Loft to save up. She’d love a safe and fun center for kids and parents to come and go while they grab a coffee next door.

Knox is a doctor and gained custody of his precious nephew after his parents passed in a tragic accident. He has all the first time parent anxiety and now, desperately seeking a new nanny.

Lacey and Knox are meant to be.

With Lacey thinking her family is cursed with being unlovable, Knox is the sweetest man with all patience.

A sweet, clean romance with an HEA.

This book checks all the marks for a super, fun clean romance book. It would be a perfect book for even some older tweens who are just starting to read romance. You won’t have to worry about them reading inappropriate things. This book follows a blue-haired girl and a dad who meet in a coffee shop and follows them through their budding relationship. It has the perfect small town feel and sweet romance that I love to read about in a book. It was such a blessing to read such a clean, fun and sweet book and I am so thankful to the authors and publishers that I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. Grab this quick little read up!! You won’t be disappointed!!

#BeenWishingForALatteLove by #TiaMarley is essentially an instalove, possible age gap novella vaguely situated at s coffee shop where only a small part of the story occurs. There's a missing dad, a rescue dog, multiple jobs, and true love for Lacey, our main character. I fully own I'm quite bitter about 24 year olds right now. They're definitely a lot more self centered than our heroine. Overall, this is s quick, cute read and a good little palette cleanser.

I thought I was in for a cheesy coffee shop romance from the description, the title, and the cover. Little did I know that I was about to embark on an emotional roller coaster with such a beautiful tale to weave.

Knox had been struck with such a hardship and he overcame it with gentleness and love, making Matthias (his nephew) his priority. He was kind and caring, but his age was undetermined. His panic over normal child shenanigans was adorably humorous. The obvious love for Matthias (Matti), and then for Lacey and Flower, was perfection. Being a doctor made total sense for this dad who stepped up for a sweet little boy.

Lacey was a stunning blue-haired beauty who loves kids, coffee, and rescues stray dogs. What could be better for a FMC? She is a little unsure of herself at the beginning, but as the chapters pass and she spends time with Knox and learns more about her own past, her confidence grows and grows.

A very sweet, clean romance with heartbreaking topics woven into the story in what felt like an organic way. I also love how important Matti is to both Know and Lacey, he isn’t written like a faceless side character, he is instrumental in the love story and the family being made with Knox and Lacey.

Review in Spanish 👇🏻 The review in English is coming very soon.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. This is the first book of the author’s that I’ve read and I wouldn’t mind reading more from her. This is the third book in The Coffee Loft Series, which is a multi-author standalone series, but you don’t need to read the other books to enjoy this one. The book’s blurb gives you an idea of what to expect, though be aware there are brief mentions of past loss. Bean Wishing for a Latte Love is told through Lacey and Knox’s pov and is a sweet single dad romance.

As his nephew’s guardian, Knox is adjusting to taking care of a toddler and needs all the help that he can get. When his babysitter informs him that she’s moving away, finding Lacey is a good stroke of luck. Working as a barista is a job for her to do as she saves up for her real dream of having a center for children focused on art, music, and science. When Knox asks her to work for him as Matti’s babysitter, his offer will help her achieve her goal and is too good to pass up. As they spend time together, their postive opinions of each other only grows and makes it easy for them to envision a life together.

Because of each of their own situations, neither was looking for a relationship yet there was mutual attraction from the start. Knox wanted to find a good balance for himself and Matti and Lacey was focused on her goal and avoided relationships. Yet, the kindness that each displayed made them want to get close to each other. The pacing is fast and I would’ve liked to see more moments between them leading up to them becoming a couple but I liked their interactions. They were cute and I liked how at ease they were with each other. The romance is a clean one consisting of only sweet kissing and no cursing. There were a couple of characters and plotlines hinted at that I would be interested in reading more about. Overall, this a lighthearted read that is worth the try.

I can already see that The Coffee Loft series is going to be one of my favorite series of the year. This book was a little different than the others as it was a little more emotional with some bittersweet moments that touched my heart and caused a tear or two.

Dr. Knox Sullivan has moved to Piney Brook to raise his nephew, Matthias. Matti's parents were killed and as his uncle, Knox has been named as guardian for this precious little toddler. I immediately fell in love with Knox as he is watching old baseball games of the team that Matti's father loved in order to learn more about baseball in general and the names of the players. He wants to be able to continue what his father started. Be still my heart.

Lacey Chambers is a barista at The Coffee Loft. She marches to the beat of her own drum and is convinced she is cursed in love. She is a barista for now, but her dream is to open a children's center to provide education and fun for children of the community. She is very caring, giving and unselfish. Knox and Lacey's first meeting is quite comical and makes a distinct impression on Knox. Lacey ends up being Matti's nanny and things progress from that point forward. The old saying that "it takes a village to raise a child" is very present in this story. This story has all the "feels" that I enjoy in a sweet romance, and will leave you with a warm heart. Coffee, romance and charm go hand in hand in this book.

Thank you the author for this ARC. I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Bean Wishing For A Latte Love
Tia Marlee

#3 in the Coffee Loft Series
________________________________________________
After a tragic accident Knox moves in order to care for his three year old nephew Matthias. As a doctor he works long hours and his current nanny is moving. After getting to know Lacey at the Coffee Loft he knew she’d be the perfect fit as Matti’s new nanny.
________________________________________________
The way this book started out about emotionally wrecked me. That is one of my biggest fears as a parent, to leave my children while they’re still young. I had such a soft spot for Knox throughout this book because he tried as hard as he could to be there for Matti after losing both his parents to a car accident.

Tia does an amazing job making her characters relatable to the reader. As a parent, I felt emotionally connected to Knox and Matti’s situation. I also loved Lacey’s main goal laid out in this book. She dreamed of opening a child educational center. The characters were so likable I was rooting for them from the beginning! 💕

It was a breathe of fresh air to read a novel centered around the child instead of just the love interest of the two adults. Both Knox and Lacey fall for each other but bond over Matti as well and I love that!

This was the first from the series that didn’t center around an owner of a coffee loft franchise. The main female character - Lacey - works there part time instead. I love the differences it keeps each story interesting!

Dr Knox Sullivan uproots his life and relocates to Piney Brook to take up the guardianship of his almost three year old nephew Matthias, after Knox’ sister and husband are killed in a car crash. He moves into the home Matthias shared with his parents, so that he’s not unsettled too much.

Lacey dreams of setting up a hands on learning centre for children, and is working at a Coffee Shop to earn as much as she can to fulfill that dream. In the meantime, she accepts a temporary post at the Library, running a Story and craft time for toddlers.

Knox, struggling to fit in work hours and looking after his nephew starts looking for a Nanny, and Lacey comes to his attention, as she is fully qualified for the role. Together, they work out a schedule that suits them both

This story was a delight to read.
Matthias warms to his new Nanny, who brings her recently rescued dog with her, which soon breaks the ice.
I loved the simplicity of the book, and the wonderful characters who played a large part in it. There is no great drama, just a feel good appeal, I and read it within 24 hours.

Bean Wishing for a Latte Love by Tia Marlee is a romantic comedy. It's part of the Coffee Lost series.

Dr. Knox Sullivan had lost his sister and brother-in-law recently. He was named a legal guardian for his little nephew. He was learning how to be a good parent and needed a nanny for Matty. The blue-haired barista at the local coffee shop had the answer for him. Lacey Chambers wanted to open a place for little kids so she could teach them all kinds of arts. The nanny position Knox offered would bring her closer to achieving her dreams. But what happens when feelings
get involved? Could they risk everything and give this a chance?

It's such a cute and romantic story. A fast-paced romantic comedy with amazing characters and so much sweetness. The plot is engaging and easy to follow. The tropes are single-parent, instant-attraction, and close proximity. I loved every single part of this story, it can bring a smile to your face. My favorite scene was when Lacey visited Know with Flower.

If you want a romantic story that will melt your heart then give this one a try. I will rate it with 5 stars.

Such an adorable and sweet novella. I really enjoyed it. It’s a quick and easy read, and oh, so delightful. Novellas can struggle with pacing and leave me feeling unsatisfied with the development of the romance, but this one had a good balance and I felt like I got the whole story even with its short length. The story was cute, with a little tragedy in the background of the narrative. Knox was struggling to adjust to parenting his young nephew, Matti, after the deaths of his sister and her husband. After meeting Lacey at her barista job, she also took on the role of nanny for Matti. Lacey’s determination to save herself from abandonment by not getting romantically involved with a man was challenged by the feelings that grew between her and Knox. The romance was sweet and the characters were engaging. This book is part of a multi-author series, loosely connected by the coffee shop chain, and has some connections to other books by the author, but it reads as a standalone story. This is a sweet and clean story with no harsh language.

3.5 *

Firstly, let me state; I usually go for much darker reads than this, but decided to try a light palette cleanser between some heavier subject matter. The title of this book caught my eye because my two favorite things in life are coffee and reading.

Well, I certainly got what I asked for! This was a very sweet book, albeit rather too 'clean' for my usual tastes. I enjoyed the world building, and the characters of Lacey and Knox meshed well together. I especially liked the true to life depiction of Matti, Knox's nephew.

However, there was a touch of storyline amnesia and it felt like a large slice of their relationship growth was missing. In truth, I wish the author had delved a little deeper into the details of their growing bond rather than dropping in a 'three weeks later'. It left their declarations of love feeling somewhat void of character.

There was little tension in the plot either, with everything falling into place for Lacey quite conveniently to give her everything she ever dreamed of.

All in all, it was a light, easy read, but I didn't feel there was much to root for within the storyline itself.

What a great book, the perfect book after all the christmas books I've recently read. Lacey is a happy go lucky girl, she's bubbly, outgoing, caring and not embarrassed to express herself with colourful hair (blue at the moment). But for all of this she thinks she's cursed and is totally unlovable. She wants to eventually opened her own pre school offering art, science, music and more, if only she could fund it. Then out of the blue she's offered a nannying job to help build her funds. Know is totally out of his comfort zone, bringing up his nephew after his parents died unexpectedly. What does he know about parenting a three year old, nothing. Can these two help each other conquer their fears, or is Lacey just to scared to take that leap of faith. I can't think of anything I didn't enjoy about this book. The characters are so relatable and I think Flower is the perfect thing bringing them together. I received this as an ARC copy and this is my own personal and honest opinion and review of the book

I loved this! I read it in one night. Knox and Lacey just had me all swoony. Knox has this big responsibility and is in desperate need of help. Lacey is an amazing barista but she also has big dreams of her own. I really loved that I had met some of the characters already in Tia’s Piney Brook Wishes series. This is a stand-alone but I definitely loved feeling like I was back in Piney Brook with them.

This was just an amazing story and seeing both Knox and Lacey really grow had me turning pages faster than ever. I fell in love with Knox, he is kind and patient. He is protective and nurturing and would do anything to make the people he cares about happy. Lacey has some serious goals and she’s this bubbly and sweet woman with a heart of gold. She does have some insecurities stemming from childhood but seeing her grow and Knox helping her was the best! I can’t wait to read this series! I love multi author series because you get a taste of their writing. I definitely recommend this book!

A heady blend!!

Tia Marlee has done it AGAIN!! I love Tia's small town of Piney Brook. I was super excited to visit some of my favorite characters and meet some awesome new ones!!!

Bean Wishing For A Lotta Love is the third book in the new Coffee Loft Series. While all these books are set in Coffee Loft coffee shops, they are all standalone and can be read in any order.

Knox and Lacey have been quite enigmatic characters in Tia's "Wishing" series.  I absolutely did not see their match coming! Knox is a new to town ER doctor who recently recieved guardianship of his nephew and Lacey is the free spirited, super focused coffee barista who is also an early childhood educator!

As these two come together and "brew" there is lots of laughter ... some chewed shoes ... and a book full of sweet swooniness!!!

As always, Tia's books are totally clean standalones but if you're like me and love the quilt of connections and communities, I would highly recommend you reading her "Wishing" series, which is actually Piney Brook Wishes.

As a doctor, Knox Sullivan never thought he would be the guardian of his young nephew and he’s in way over his head. After the loss of his sister and her husband, Knox moved to their hometown for the sake of not uprooting his nephew, Matti. Now his babysitter is moving to be with her daughter so now he’s looking for a new one. In comes Lacey Chambers. She works at the coffee shop but is saving her money to open her own business as an early learning play center. He offers her the job. Will she take it? It’s more than she makes now plus she can still work part time for the coffee shop she loves. How will the two work together? She’s wonderful with his nephew who is still struggling with missing his parents. Knox and Lacey has chemistry. Hot chemistry. Will she open her own business? Will she and Knox fall for each other? Can they become a family? Can Lacey help Matti? The characters are wonderful. They all deserve happiness. WORTH THE READ. I received this book for my honest review. I give it voluntarily

When the emergency room doctor, Knox has to radically change his life to take care of his deceased sister’s toddler, he finds himself struggling to be a parent and find childcare. It turns out the cute blue-haired barista, Lacey has a degree in early childhood education and is looking for more work hours. Soon they are raising little Matti together and falling in love as well. With her blue hair, she is not exactly who the small town thinks is appropriate for the attractive doctor, but he finds her delightful. Of course, neither wants their attraction to mess up their business relationship or result in another difficult situation for Matti.

Tia Marlee has penned a lovely and easy-to-read novel that is an opposites attract in a small-town world. The characters are delightful and the relationship is swoony. A fun read.

I received a complimentary advance reader copy of this book and this is my honest opinion.

Part of a new series, this is a sweet book about a barista (really an Early Childhood Educator) who meets the new ER doctor at the shop after he spills coffee all over himself.
Knox has recently become the guardian of his nephew Matti after his parents are killed in an accident and moved to the small town so the child stays in his own home. After meeting Lacey, he asks her to be Matti's nanny. As we all know, they are going to fall for each other. They do so very sweetly, but there are some complications and a dog. Anything more than a kiss happens off the page. Your young teens can read this. It would probably be better for them than for us older, jaded readers who like more spice in our latte! My main problems with the book were its hokey title and weird cover. I don't think I would pick this for myself, but it is good for what it is.

This was my first book of The Coffee Loft series, and I am hooked! I want to read all of them! This was also my first experience reading something by this author and it definitely won't be my last. Knox is a busy doctor and a new single parent to his toddler nephew, Matthias. Lacey is a spunky, energetic barista Knox meets at the Coffee Loft, and exactly just the thing he needs in his life. They fit so well together, I loved watching their relationship blossom and grow. And little Matthias just stole the show with all his adorable cuteness. Despite being a short novella, the characters were well-developed and the story was heartwarming and sweet, and I got pulled in from the very start. A wonderfully clean and enjoyable story that I am glad to have had the opportunity to read. I can't wait to read more!

Knox is an ER doctor who is not the guardian of his 3 year old nephew after his parent's death. He feels like he is in over his head. When his nanny announces she is moving, he is desperate to find a new nanny.

Lacey is a local blue-haired barista who works at the Coffee Loft. She has a dream of an opening up a center for children but needs the money to start her project. When she is approached about being the nanny for a young boy in town, it seems like a perfect opportunity for her. She couldn't imagine what more might be in store for her.

This is a sweet, clean, wholesome story about love and romance. It was an easy read with a happy ending.

Knox and Lacey

I love single dad stories and this story didn’t disappoint. Knox becomes the guardian of his nephew, Matthias, after his sister and her husband are killed in an accident. He first meets Lacey at The Coffee Loft. She’s the beautiful blue-haired barista, but there’s so much more to know about her, as he soon learns. I’m not going to leave any spoilers, but I will say this story kept me flipping the pages until I finished this book in one sitting. This book has a lot of wonderful characters that I enjoyed reading about and I look forward to reading more of this author’s books. Grab your copy and see how Knox and Lacey get to their happily ever after.

I like this book. It part of a series of standalone books that are interconnected. This is the first book I have read by this author and I like her writing style and plan to read more . This is a clean book small kisses only . I like the relationship between Knox and Lacey they were perfect for each other . Lacey has avoided relationships because she thought her family was cursed but later finds out that’s not true. Knox wasn’t planning on a relationship as he is new to town snd now has a toddler to care for after he was awarded guardianship after his sister and her husband died in an accident . I loved how their relationship grew and saw their chemistry it was soo cute . I loved how he said she has his heart.
