Shameless Game by Kelly Finley
Well the Queen of spice did it again 5 stars and 5 peppers. The tension in this book between the three main characters is amazing. I love Blair and I am jealous that she has Beau and Colt. So much spice in this book, I can’t get it out of my mind. The book was amazing and I need it on my bookshelf. Also I hate Amber lol. It’s a must read book!!

Another day, another book by Kelly that I love! She has quickly made her way to one of my favorite authors!
After reading Shameless Play, I was DYING to get my handles on Shameless Game, and it did not disappoint!
Blair is the strong willed FMC I love! She does not care what everyone thinks about her. Author is alien corn? Who cares?! Loves two men shamelessly? Perfect!
And the guys. Beau and Colton 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽 I am absolutely obsessed. I was already obsessed with Beau. But adding Colt into the mix? I’m feral for them! The high school sweethearts who feel in I love with the same girl 🥹

The “Queen of Spice” does it again with this epic why choose football romance. You never know what to expect when it comes to Kelly Finley’s books, but what you can expect from each one is spice and shameless love in each book.
I was so ready for this book since reading the novella Shameless Play at the beginning of the year. This book was everything I needed and more. I love how the relationship between Beau, Blair, and Colt grows and how supportive they are of each other no matter what. Be prepared to feel all the feelings for this one!

What I love most about Kelly Finley is her plots. There is always, always, a sense of realism, and it makes connecting to her characters that much better. I can’t wait to read more about special appearance characters !!

Wow. Not what I expected. Never read anything by this author thought it was a simple 🏈romance and it was so much more. I 😅 & 😢 . Heavy 🌶 too much at times. But the characters and their journey was more than I expected.

Oh my gosh! She was not kidding when she said she’s the queen of spice ! 🥵 Colt, Beau, and Blair are GOALS 😉 loved every single minute of Shameless Game ! I read it for book club and was probably one of my favorites this year!

This was my first ever Kelly Finley book and I will definitely say it won't be my last. I love how Finley writes truth no matter how hard or ugly or beautiful it is. She truly captured what love is love means, outside of all of the stigma. I adored these characters through the highs, the laughs, and the tears. These three deserved the love they found after such hardship over the years. And the selflessness Blaire showed to her men, for them nurturing the same love that couldn't be shown for so long due to their love for the game. What a stellar ending she gave us, and I left needing no more or no less. Amazing job!

I was sold at the idea of a MMF football romance and Kelly DELIVERED.
I was expecting a super smutty romance (which I got) but was not expecting to feel all my emotions while reading. From forbidden love to self exploration- it will hit you in your feels.
If you want a poly sports romance with lots of banter, frenemies to lovers, super fun bets, and some awesome spice from the Queen of smut herself- definitely pick up Shameless Game this summer!
Also- definitely need to know where I can find a store like Delta’s 😘 iykyk

Unfortunately, football players don't come out, not if they want to keep their careers and lives the way they are. But this getaway with Blair is going to show them something else, give them the confidence to do what's best for their own happiness, their own mental wellbeing.
Kelly isn't the Queen of Spice for nothing, and she really brings it to a deliciously high level with Beau, Blair, and Colt. Their scenes, especially when the other guys are watching are some of the most down and dirty and spiciest I've ever read. Picturing Beau and Colt together I can't help but (in my fantasy) use Jimmy G and George Kittle with George's wife as my inspiration for this hot trio, and it makes me just love my Jimmy G and 49ers even more. Now every time I watch a game I'm going to picture them and just grin. Thanks Kelly!! 🔥 But though the spice is high, my favorite part of this story is how seamlessly the three fall in love and come together as a true unit, the way they support each other through everything, especially the big bombshell dropped near the end of the story. I do so love me some football players, when they're paired up with a sassy, sweet woman like Blair, even better. I love these 3 and their story, now bring on the next football player to fall in love.

Sensual, Sizzling, Seamless Story that hooked me and didn’t let me go ~ The prequel was just the tip of the iceberg and this book filled in all that was underneath providing a wonderful heartfelt HOT novel that is more than just a love story ~ Loved it!
What I liked:
* Blair Monroe: twin, indie author of alien-human spicy romances, works in an adult toy store, open minded, accepting, warm, caring, knows who and what she is and is unafraid to ask for what she wants, and…she wants Beau
* Beau Bronson: famous NFL quarterback, focused on his career, believes love will distract him, has been attracted strongly to two people but never able to openly love either one, reaches out to Blair for a favor and her agreement to help changes both of their lives
* Colton Hawke: famous NFL wide receiver, long-time friend of Beau’s, has a secret, is with Beau & Blair when things begin to change for Beau & Blair and as a result – things change for him, too
* Thinking about the pressure athletes and people in the public eye must have to deal with on more than one level of their lives
* Watching how the throuple becomes a loving warm and encompassing place filled with a safe place to land for three mature like-minded people that I can see happily living together forever
* The side story of the secret group and wondering if such a supportive group might exist, wishing it did, and also hoping that someday life will be easier for all people
* That this is a complex, loving, warm, caring romance that brings three wonderful supportive adults together to live their best lives and not just a vehicle for spicy open door adult activity of the steamiest kind
* The epilogue that allowed me to see how the three are doing in the future
* Noticing that there is potential for more books in the series starring other characters

I don't know where to start. This world of Kelly's is just beautifully addictive. Each book just gets better and better. It isn't essential to have read Shameless Play before this. But it definitely gives you a quick read introduction to the love story of Beau, Blair and Colton. These three have a long interwoven history of attraction, love, passion and denial. You feel the restrictions placed on them by society, by their careers and by expectation. You want nothing more for them than to lovely openly and freely. Something the narrative works towards and love is something Kelly knows how to celebrate in all its combinations.
Beau and Colt are high school friends who have loved each other almost their whole lives. After their complicated relationship leads to them losing the Superbowl. They are sent on a wellbeing retreat on a remote island to work with a therapist. Beau takes Blair along as his fake girlfriend while Colton takes his influencer girlfriend too. It turns out the NFL wasted a whole lot of money with the best therapist, they just needed Blair to be the intermediary. She works her open minded, loving, kinky magic for the men and between the three they work through their issues. Beau gets out of his own way to allow himself to be open to love. And together these three burn up the pages. Their chemistry is electric and you feel their love in every glance, kinky game, tease and supportive touch.
It is hard to summarise all the things to love about this book. It feels real and raw with these three facing sexuality and relationship issues that really shouldn't have to hold people back in 2024. But reality is, society does not allow for poly love so openly. This book gives an idealised happy ending and this is how life should be. There is so much to the story and the emotions these three work through but you are always assured with a happy ending with a Kelly book. And they find their place together amongst their people (and yes there are hints of the 6 and of how the new throuple's world interconnects with Luca, Scarlett, Zar and Nick too).
A beautiful and super steamy MMF love story in this interconnected world of poly love.

Their journey is anything but easy in fact it’s not only so emotionally charged but the relationship between all 3 ( well you could definitely say it’s very complex at times . Our hero’s Beau and Colt have been the best of friends for as long as they can remember ( they’ve always had feelings for each other but knew for reasons I’m not going to mention they could not be together) what makes things even more difficult is that As adults Blaire and Beau fell in love with one another in college but for certain reasons could not together either ) I know your saying lwhat the heck is going on ? and why can they not be together? Well I promise once you read this absolutely amazing story ( everything will make perfect sense ) . I really loved the dynamic between Blair , Colton and Beau - how it starts off with two couples who are undeniably in love and for certain reasons cannot be together, but then turns into a love story between all 3 characters. The ups and downs, the angst , the humor , the witty banter , the drama , the love , the passion, the heartbreaking and heartfelt moments, the second chances, the phenomenal world building , the secrets , and characters that are so unique , so likable, relatable, multi layered and wonderfully written. The more you get to know them I can promise you’ll find yourself falling hook line and sinker in love . And all the emotions I felt while reading well their were just so many . Speechless, yelling outta pure frustration, smiling, laughing, sobbing and rooting so freaking hard . Kelly truly is the queen of spicy romances and as per usual has once again exceeded all my expectations and just completely blew me away in all the best ways 💜💜💜💜💜

Kelly Finley never fails to write a phenomenal spicy romance book that you immediately fall in love with the characters and story. I was so in love and fascinated that I couldn’t put this book down for the life of me!
We see Beau & Blair in the previous book, while you meet Colton in this book. You get to understand Beau & Colton’s past more and see the pain and hurt that they felt and the development made. You also get to see more of Beau & Blair’s past and just how much they cared and trusted each other even though it couldn’t happen at the time.
Blair was my fav!! She was so sassy and hilarious, she had me laughing so hard I teared up. Her cracking jokes and pranking Beau was the funniest thing I wish I could have been a fly on the wall. And then the way Beau & Colton were so protective and caring with Blair was just so HOT!!
Getting to see Beau & Colton get confident in themselves that being bi is okay was amazing. Also seeing Blair help them and explore there kinks was everything! I was SWEATING!!
This book was full of so much love and spice. It was so beautifully written and created, and the ending was absolutely perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a better first summer read!

Ever since Kelly teased us with Shameless Play I have been dying to get my hands on this book. No part of it disappointed. I should have realized that we weren't going to be dealing with a regular MF spicy romance. That just wouldn't be a true Kelly Finley book, we need to have 2 or more people or it just isn't right.
We first meet Beau and Blair in Shameless Play. One night together is all they will allow themselves to be together. Beau doesn't do girlfriends. he doesn't want someone that will distract him from giving his all in football. Blair doesn't do love. But Beau is back and he wants Blair to be his fake girlfriend on a work retreat...of the sort. Beau's coach is making him take counseling with Colton Hawke, his wide receiver and best friend. Colton missed Beau's final throw in the Super Bowl, which ultimately cost them the game. Beau has been in love with Colton since high school and Blair since college. Will Beau finally learn he can love them both?

I have routing Beau and Blair on since Shameless Play, but adding Colton to the mix was unexpected and I loved every second of it. Beau, Blair and Colton make the most amazing thropple. Blair is absolutely hilarious. She can out wit, sass and kink them all! She's strong as hell while protecting her heart from being broken or played. Blair finds herself in the middle of Beau and Colton...literally! Blair stands her ground and teases them while she's at it.
Beau and Colton's relationship was the one I routing for the most. I wanted them to find a way to finally be together. Beau is stubborn and unwilling until he can't anymore, Colton makes him see that they can all be together in secret, for now. Beau just has to willing to try. Beau getting Blair to trust that he won't hurt her is easier said. Actions speak louder than words when it comes to these three.

Colt has a huge heart. He's the ink-covered cinnamon roll you can't help but love. He's been patient with Beau since high school. The sports romance, kink, secrets and secret "club" will have you hooked to this book! It's everything I love in a spicy book that isn't dark and doesn't make me question my sanity LOL! 😅

First thing first, start with reading Shameless Play, it’s a novella that will give you an insight into what happened between Blair and Beau during Valentine's and it gives a kickstart for all the feelings they are feeling at the start of the book. The insight is hot and spicy in the novella and it is a fast read too.
Kelly Finley did it again, the story oozes hotness from every pore of the plot. I adore how the story grows and strengthens the bond between Beau, Blair and Colton. The story touches delicate subjects and Kelly did justice to it all. The high school love and college saviour are back with full force, making it addicting.
It’s a fast read with a fake dating trope and it’s a MMF. Beau and Colton are high school lovers but they are into sports where being a Bi is not supported, so they face a lot of heartbreak and it saddens me to see them breaking. I appreciate Blair being the supportive structure and the backbone of this story.
Blair is the one who makes everything right with her wits and smartness. This story falls under ‘right people and wrong timing’ and Fate speaks for them when they come together and everything starts falling itself into place with the love they all deserve. The support they get in the story from other characters is a positive boost.
The best quality I found in the book is how well they communicated their issues with each other and got the answers of it even if it was forced. The spice level is just next level and Blair is one naughty FMC who knows how to write a book and tease the boys perfectly. Their college prank stories are the highlight, it made me laugh so much.

Kelly Kelly Kelly. What can I say besides I am enamored with your writing and the world you are building. Blair, Beau and Colton just stole the spot for #1 Kelly Finley couple hands down. You had the PERFECT blend of spice, banter, drama, emotions and can't forget the funny sayings that you seem to always come up with.
Ever since they lost the Superbowl there's been some major issues between Beau and Colton and the coach has had enough. Now they along with Blair and Colton's girlfriend get transported on a deserted island where Beau and Colton have to fix the tension between them. The bond these two had is intense and goes back all the way to when they were kids. They love each other but could never show it in public and never could risk getting caught for the fear of judgement in the NFL. But Blair being Blair helped heal them in a way they weren't expecting. She not only fell for Beau but ending up falling for Colton unintentionally. But together they formed a perfect throuple.
Kelly doesn't just have the Queen of Spice title for no reason. Her spice is top notch, and she always finds new ways to surprise us. The amount of times I was panting like a dog, overheating or mouth opened shocked is crazy. The one thing I loved though is her spicy scenes blend in well with the story. They aren't just thrown in there and sometimes her scenes come with some powerful emotions. This book is definitely unlike any other book Kelly has written and it shows. The scenes are more intense and inspiring with the angst of what is going to happen next. Many tears were shed throughout this masterpiece and I just can't wait to see what Kelly has coming next.

SHAMELESS GAME is the first novel in the new Shameless Sport series by Kelly Finley. The novella SHAMELESS PLAY is a prequel, & while you can read SG on its own, I HIGHLY recommend reading SP first. Not only is it chock full of spice, but you get the backstory between Blair & Beau. That sets you up perfectly for SG, which sees Colton thrown into the mix as well 🥵
Kelly Finley has branded herself as "the Queen of Spice," & let me tell y'all, after 2 books & a novella by her read this year, I can tell you she has freaking earned that. Kelly writes THE most incredible, k1nky spice I have ever read. EVER. And I read A LOT of romance, y'all! Lawd have mercy!! But what I love even more than her spice (& I freaking love her spice 😂) is the way she writes about "non-traditional" love, romance, & s3x. I know that we tend to think "Love is Love" as applied to queer relationships, but reading Kelly's books has broadened my own definition of that concept. I've been reading reverse harem/why choose for a while, which has 100% changed my thoughts on non-momogamous relationships, but Kelly goes further with discussing all the myriad ways poly relationships can exist. And on top of that, by showing us how happy & healthy everyone is, stressing that love comes in many forms & it should ALL be celebrated & accepted.
Beau, Blair & Colt together are pure 🔥 & I could not get enough. Blair is basically who I wish I could've been when it comes to her love of her body, her lack of shame about s3x, and her embrace of her desires. She's an amazing character you'll fall in love with. I can't recommend this highly enough!

We first saw and felt the crazy, steamy connection between Beau and Blair in their novella, Shameless Play. This book picks up a few months later. They have loved each other since college but couldn't be together then. Both still have intense feelings for each other but also feel they can't be together while pursuing their dreams. But Blair can't turn him down when Beau comes to her needing his help.
So that leads them to Blair pretending to be his girlfriend as he's forced to deal with therapy sessions on a remote island by his NFL coach after losing the Super Bowl. They're stuck there with his teammate to work out their problems so they can get back to winning. The biggest problem is that teammate - Colton - is none other than the man he's also been in love with since they were teens in high school.
But since both guys are top players in the NFL, they can't just come out as bi. So they've been forced to hide their feelings and stay apart. Every time they come together it's explosive in more ways than one. They realize that the three of them together might just be the perfect match and the missing pieces. The struggle still comes with how or if such a nontraditional relationship could work. They have to decide what's most important, being together and finding something real or being apart and keeping up an image and career. Can they have it all or do they have to choose?

She brought them all together and would do anything to keep them all together. Together the three shared a bond and love that made them inseparable. You wanted to see them just be able to live their lives freely and shamelessly. They taught each other to be proud of their love. You could feel the love from the pages.

Ok I knew I would read some hot stuff especially after reading the prequel novella but hot damm. You need to be prepared when starting this for a ton of spice, heat, k!nk and role pl@y.
The whole time I read this I was in a omg wtf am I reading mindset but it was in the best possible way. I would say without a doubt you need to read prequel novella first, Shameless Play. In that you get a first meeting of Blair and Beau, College frenemies who re connect years later. They were always drawn and attracted to each other but things kept them from taking that step. Without actually meeting Colton you right away know he has a major role and in Beau’s life and in this book we meet him and learn why he is important this Beau and in turn becomes important to Blair.
Blair is this s*xually powerful and strong FMC who knows who she is and what and who she wants and has no shame in exploring life in and out of the bedroom. She is a supportive person and is a huge part of why and how Colton and Beau gave into their love for each other and Blair becomes a part their love story. The three of them are meant for each other. Colton and Beau are men who love each other and have wanted each other since they were 16, but were Afraid to come out as Bi due to there other dream of being in the nfl. I truly felt like there was a reason time passed before they went for it and that reason was Blair. She is the glue that holds their smexy sandwich together. Ok I knew I would read some hot stuff especially after reading the prequel novella but hot damm. You need to be prepared when starting this for a ton of spice, heat, k!nk and role pl@y.
The whole time I read this I was in a omg wtf am I reading mindset but it was in the best possible way. I would say without a doubt you need to read prequel novella first, Shameless Play. In that you get a first meeting of Blair and Beau, College frenemies who re connect years later. They were always drawn and attracted to each other but things kept them from taking that step. Without actually meeting Colton you right away know he has a major role and in Beau’s life and in this book we meet him and learn why he is important this Beau and in turn becomes important to Blair.
Blair is this s*xually powerful and strong FMC who knows who she is and what and who she wants and has no shame in exploring life in and out of the bedroom. She is a supportive person and is a huge part of why and how Colton and Beau gave into their love for each other and Blair becomes a part their love story. The three of them are meant for each other. Colton and Beau are men who love each other and have wanted each other since they were 16, but were Afraid to come out as Bi due to there other dream of being in the nfl. What a spicy and amazing read. Kelly did it again. I seriously have yet to be disappointed by her. I read this entire book in less than 12 hours. I couldn't get enough. I love Blair so much. She is strong and confident. She also made me laugh a lot in this book. Beau and Colton are both a dream. The tension between all three was amazing. Absolutely loved the banter between everyone. I loved reading about Beau and Coltons relationship. Seeing grow and work through things. The angst of it all was beautiful. It wouldn't be a Kelly Finley book without amazing spice. There's a reason she has the title of Queen of Spice. I also loved seeing other characters from her previous books. I seriously can't gush enough about this book. This book is definitely a must read in need something spicy but has an amazing story.
Shameless Game is standalone. There is novella, Shameless Play, that takes place prior to Shameless Game. While you technically don't have to read the novella first I recommend. It gives you that backstory that adds to the angst and the beauty of Shameless game. This book does take place in the same universe/world that all Kelly Finley books do. This book is recommended for 18+. As always please check TW before reading.

Not me giving another 5⭐️ to the amazing Kelly Finley! Kelly is the only author I know that can write spice in every freaking chapter and still make me cry because of the depth of these characters. Their story. Their love. These 3 were so complex and their love ran so deep within each other. And the little secret thrown in there between Reese and Colt…added another layer of depth.
Colt, Beau and Blair were amazing. I loved seeing Colt and Beaus back story and how they came to be and how their friendship turned into more. But being in such a male sport they were scared to be who they really were.
I absolutely adored how Beau was with Blair. He protected her like a delicate little flower even though he knows she can hold her own! And how Colt just perfectly fit into their orbit…*chefs kiss* I loved how confident Blake is with her body and sexuality. She was there for Colt and Beau when they were ready to, let’s say, give into each other lol. She walked them through it and was there through it all. She was a woman who knew exactly what she wanted and how she wanted it and Colt and Beau loved that. These three had perfect chemistry. Love chemistry and sexual chemistry. You’d think with a spice filled book there would be no plot or it would just be flat, but Kelly knows how to write plot with her spice and it’s just perfection! That alien dildo scene was out of this world…IYKYK 😂 at one point my husband asked why I was squirming so much..he got lucky that night 😂

Shameless Game is a stand alone story that follows Beau, Blair, and Colton. There is a prequel novella, Shameless Play that I recommend reading prior to diving into this story. The novella will give you some background information that is relevant to this story but it is not necessary to read in order to understand everything that happens in this book.

Beau, Blair and Colton are the perfect trio who love unconditionally and they love hard. Their relationship is turbulent in the world of professional football but they find their way to their HEA. Albeit, a little difficult in getting there but their HEA was worth the angst and difficulty to making their relationship work. I loved all the funny moments and the sexy times but what got me in the feels was the beautiful conversations that they had about how to go about getting their relationship to work. The island time was my favorite in the story and it showed how truly special Blair is to these two men. Congratulations on another read that got me in the feels and made me love your writing that much more.
