Късметът направо ще излиза от ушите ви.” Накратко това е задачата на таласъмите, които са удостоени с честа, да работят за Министерството на пакостите - да внасят малко лош късмет в живота на човеците. Ако и вие като мен честичко се питате как е възможно винаги да удряте малкото си пръстче на крака в твърди повърхности, то, затова е отговорен Удрипръстчо. Загубчо пък прави така, че часове наред да търсим нещо, а то да се окаже в ръката ни. Има и още таласъми пакостници, които вършат поразии, за да балансират лошия ни късмет. В техния свят се озовават Джоуи Джоузеф и Хари Хатчит - две деца, които в човешкия си свят са врагове, а в таласъмския - ще бъдат принудени да се превърнат в отбор, за да се спасят от изяждане.
Книгата е остроумна, забавна, трогателна, поучителна, сладка, интригуваща и много увлекателна. Подходяща за малки и пораснали деца, които да научат и да си припомнят все важни неща. За приятелството, размера на духа на човека, смелостта въпреки страха, еднаквостта на проблемите и травмите ни, и още много други ценни теми, които са разгърнати под формата на динамичен и фантасмагоричен сюжет.

I am a constant victim of the imp - Warezit! Objects are often right in front of my eyes, but I just can’t see them. It is a well-written and interesting story about the adventures of Joey, Harry, and their strange companions from another world.

When I got my mitts on Ministry of Mischief by Alex Foulkes, I couldn't wait to dive right in! Impworld sounded like it was going to be SO much fun and I absolutely wasn't disappointed! Every page shines with Alex's trademark wit and warmth. It's a gorgeous book, full of friendship, adventure, silliness, and just the right amount of gross stuff! Also, I defy you not to want to take Stubbz (the imp in charge of causing stubbed toes, naturally) home with you.

This is a real fun jape into Impworld. Loads of adventure, gorgeous illustrations and 2 enemies who have to learn to work together to save themselves. This really made me smile! Excited that there’s a sequel coming out too!
