Has some good info, but alot of it is repetitive and it never really goes into fasting? Even the plan at the end doesn’t talk about how many days to fast or hours?
I also didn’t like the constant mentions of her supplements and podcasts to listen to and the book was full of QR codes to scan.
I do plan on using the daily readings in the back of the book for my morning quiet time for the next 40 days.

Blew me away!

So this book turned everything I thought I knew about nutrition and wellness upside down and opened my eyes to how powerful our bodies are and what God intended for us! Life giving, powerful and insightful! A definite MUST read and absolutely walk thru the 40 days. You will learn so much!

Worth a Reac

Liked it mostly for the devotionals and fasting motivation. Easy to read. I think the full plan wasn’t for me but I took what I thought I needed from it. Well written and I appreciate the author for putting this out there. Anything connecting faith to health is much needed right now. Well done.

BACK TO THE BASICS

This book has great basic and practical information for a reset physically, mentally, and spiritually! Thank You for the good works you are doing- without works faith is dead.
