A very light look at 6 big feelings ( uncertainty, comparison, anger, burnout, perfectionism, despair & regret) with practical ways to deal with them.

Nothing too deep, and they advise repeatedly that they are not trained counsellors, and the illutstraions are brilliant.

The examples are mainly for the aftermath of Covid and the help is very Americancentric
