I authored this book of conversations with God. Prayers: Simply Said By Simon is a collection of my daily posted prayers. After I received multiple requests for me to make the posts into a book, I did. I have been encouraged by the many responses that indicate how my short, heartfelt prayers have motivated. It’s 11:35 pm and I may not sleep tonight but God put your book in my hands tonight for a reason and I trust whatever that reason is.
I was up all night reading Chris, and I couldn’t put this book down. Your words spoke so many important things to me as I deal with a neurological disorder that will not ever go. Your belief in God is so amazing after all you’ve been through! You realize that this life is just temporary, and the things that we go through in life are just a journey on our way to heaven to be with God forever in a place where we will never have to deal with these bodies.
Thank you so much for writing this book, Chris! It meant so much to me to hear the words and remember the life that we are going through every day and the hard things you deal with.
I stayed up all night reading this because it really has had an impact on my daily thinking about what a lot of people are going through and I put myself in that category. Life is so hard sometimes and it helps to know I know someone who is going through it and hard.
Although I purchased this book for a friend, I will be keeping it and ordering him another one, and will be telling my friends about the books you have.
