It was an Okay Book!
Unfortunately I didn't feel there were any Chemistry between the Main Characters, and the story at the end were a bit rushed.

This contemporary romance is page-turning with exceptional world-building and characters that are alpha, captivating, and realistic. Their journey is enthralling with the off-limits grumpy doctor, a.k.a., Levi Greenwood, the town's grumpy yet hot neurosurgeon and falling for the boss is off-limits, he's my brothers best bud so that is taboo, he's a grumpy billionaire who is now going to be a father because his baby is being carried by his physician assistant in this opposites attract, enemies-to-lovers romance that has an age gap and is highly forbidden. I recommend reading this book by an extraordinary author who knows how to captivate her readers' hearts and attention with the off-limits grumpy doctor and an explicit romance that is mature, and sizzling with passion, lust, desire, and spice with all the feelings to have readers' toes curling. Readers will surely be transported into a world of oblivion that is humorous, heartfelt and emotional, and unforgettable in this wild roller coaster ride that has action and adventure.

Brother’s best friend who is also a hunky doctor? Yes please!

This is the story of Levi and Lilian. He’s the grumpy neurosurgeon, brother’s best friend and her new boss. She finds this out after a not so great ‘meet cute’. She’s moving back home after a traumatic work experience halting her residency as a doctor. Both characters are struggling with relationships with their parents but find strength in each other to deal with these obstacles. They work well together and find outside interests in common, bringing them even closer. The story covers a lot and feels a little rushed but is still an enjoyable read and has you rooting for this couple. I look forward to reading more from this author.

The book kicks off right from the start, drawing you in with a speedy pace. The early kiss seemed a tad rushed, and Levi's grumpiness didn't quite hit the mark for me. Despite that, it's a sweet, "nicey nicey" read—nothing too deep, but it's got this charming simplicity. It's the perfect feel-good escape and exactly what I needed in that post-Christmas, pre-New Year's lull. The book left me with a happy heart.
