Smith's Champions of Tailgating: Football Season is a thorough book of knowledge and history of tailgating as presented through various football university coaches and alumni. In it you will find recipes for dips, entrees, and breakfast foods. One item that was particularly gruesome was the photo of alligators on the grill and sauteing in the pan. While it does contain more text than recipes it is a nice book to look through before football season.
