I love the Stephanie Plum books! Each time a new one comes out I can't wait to get my hands on it! I kind of feel like the last few books have not been the best. But I guess after 15 books it's probably easy to get into a slump.

Even at their worst I still love these books! Stephanie's antics are still ridiculous. Lula is the sauciest, most fabulous sidekick ever. And Grandma Mazur keeps me in stitches! I literally laugh out loud each time I read one of these books!

The Ranger/Morelli triangle wasn't a big focus in this book. It was casually mentioned here and there. It definitely wasn't as, shall we say passionate, as previous books.

The one thing I could do without is the constant name/product dropping. I don't know if she is trying to make it relevant to the times or if it's some sort of product placement, but it is constant barrage of stores and products. It gets kind of annoying.

I always wish these books were longer. I read them in 1 or 2 days and then have to wait forever for the next one. They are easy reads and entertaining.

If you haven't read any of these books, pick up One for the money and get going!

It was not as funny as her early books in the series, but still funny. The plot was better than some of the later books in the series. Lula still cracks me up!

I just want to say that after she set fire to someone's house and the fire truck demolished another car, I laughed for 15 minutes, scaring the dogs who probably thought I had gone crazy.

I have been a huge fan of these novels and reading the book blurb I was sure I was in for a great read however I was dissapointed as I found this particular Plum adventure to be very predictable.

Stopped reading them at about 14?But thought I'd try again even though she's in the 20's, but as before, tired of the ineptitude, and the disasters get more ridiculous not funny. so that's my last
