The book is a mine of useful information for teenagers (and parents) and is well-presented with actionable tools and resources. My only concern was the examples given, which, although excellent in getting the purpose across, lacked belief that they could have been real-case scenarios, which may put some teens off. That said, they serve their purpose nicely, and I hope teenagers reading understand they are examples and stick with it. Overall, this is an excellent workbook. Recommended!
